Gatorzone, a routine trip would be 3rd house (are you going more often for your job to another place in the same country?. Even if you get an overseas trip, like flying from England to France, but have to do this for your job twice a month, then it is still a 3rd house trip. When the trip is very important, no matter how close to home, then use the 9th. It is the importance of a trip which tells us which house to use, according to John Frawley. Vacations and really long overseas trips which you dont do regularly (no concorde anymore

) are always 9th house.
But lets first have a look at house 3. It does look like this is the right house, because ruler Saturn is placed in the 10th house, showing that this is a business trip.
You are signified by Jupiter and the Moon. Jupiter is in the sign of Saturn and in term of Venus. Saturn is in the sign of Libra ruled by Venus so there is some sort of mutual reception between them even though they do not aspect one another.
Moon and Saturn also do not aspect.
The Moon is very strong in Taurus and also ruled by Venus and also in term of Venus, the ruler of Saturn, so I am inclined to say that you are going to make the trip.
Moon is going to trine Saturn right after Moon has changed sign, so after some sort of change regarding this trip, which could be the opposition that Moon will make to the Sun, ruler of the 9th (something legal maybe?) but still, it looks like you will be traveling looking at it from the 3rd.
When we take the 9th, then the Sun rules the trip and we must find a contact between Jupiter, Moon and Sun. Sun will square Jupiter and Moon will oppose Sun. Not very good indications. Looking at it from the 9th house perspective, I say no.
Comparing 3rd and 9th interpretations, overall, I think that the answer could be a "no", because the signifiers do not make a connection in the first example and bad aspects in the second.
When I look at the Yes or No technique of Marc Edmund Jones, then it is also a NO.
(looking at the 3rd and 9th houses and see if the rulers aspect one another).
Please do let me know so I can see in how far I was wrong (or right of course).
