gemini ascendants, i know one, very thin, eats like a fat guy but doesn't gain any weight, i don't see anything prominant with looks here.
cancer ascendants seem to have that baby face in a way. which is attractive.
leo ascendants, i know more of this than any other, i have read there are two types- the ones that are loud to get attention and the quiet ones who get attention in subtle ways, but they both need alot of attention. not sure about looks for these, only know men of it, but they all tend to have a gut, a little beer belly if you will.
virgo ascendants i have seen tend to have a little gut too, not sure about the looks, nothing prominent there to me. nothing special from what i have seen.
libra ascendants have the balenced features and are often broad, i have only seen the men with it, goodlooking but it depends on the sun really, especially for libra risings in my opinion.
scorpio risings are goodlooking, i know one cancer with it and two caps, they're ok, goodlooking but not the best looking of all twelve.
sagittarius risings are nice looking, i find the wild part of them along with the way they look very attractive, but i wouldn't like to be around the wild part all the time. i don't know many but i find the women i do know with it very attractive.
capricorn risings i am not very titillated to fervour or anything, they are ok. they are slim. it has varied.
aquarius risings i must say are beatiful, extremely attractive, titillating to my aquarius moon ()
pisces rising i know one, a cap sun, this is the funniest person i have ever met, as far as looks are concerned i'm not sure, he has told me himself that he knows he is goodlooking and that many girls have told him, i have noticed he can be manipulative when he is hurt, i can see it when he is hurt but he wouldn't say if he was, he would get moody about it too, but it goes away fleetly.

as for the signs i have left out it is because i don't know anyone with them, or at least not well enough to make a substancial noting of them.

The gut comes with most signs unfortunately especially in later years.

I'm Gemini rising forming a grand trine with Venus in Aquarius and Mars in Libra; Mercury (AC ruler) in Capricorn. I guess Gemini rising isn't considered to be the most attractive rising sign, but it IS in the Libra decan and with the grand trine to Venus and Mars in air signs, I guess that helps. Venus is also conjunt the MC and Mars is in Libra in the 5th. I'm not too shabby-looking, I think. I have attached a picture of me as Cleopatra for Halloween, and my natal chart. Here's more me:
