Great Horary Questions

This question was asked before the World Cup 1986 began, on May 17, 1986, at 4:50 pm CED in Oslo, Norway (10e45, 59n55) by Andrew J. Bevan, QHP, DMS Astrol, professional astrologer living in Norway. I found this horary question on his website.

It is a very interesting horary question, so I'd like to add a few comments.

The answer is given by the Ascendant. If the mind of the questioner was really focused on the unknown country that would win the World Cup 1986 (that is what makes the chart radical and fit to be judged), then that country is represented by the 1st house.

The 1st house cusp, the Ascendant, is in Libra. Any country on earth falls under the general rulership of a country. The 1986 World Cup winner was Argentina, which is ruled by Libra. See the entire countries list here.

Venus, ruler of the Ascendant is in Gemini and the 9th house. The traditional assignement of geographical directions to Gemini is West by South and to the 9th house is South-South-West. From the country where the question was asked, Norway, Argentina is located towards south-west.

According to Sepharial's colors assignement, Venus is associated with light blue and Gemini also. The glyph of Gemini is made of two stripes and Gemini is a double sign, meaning a two colors. Argentian team's colors are white and light blue vertical stripes.

Seeing these remarkable coincidences, would it be too much to say the the astrological chart clearly pointed out the winner? (these coincidences would have been more difficult to notice before it hapenned, though...)
