Mercury represents the querent. It is peregrine in Aries and in the 11th house of hopes and wishes, has no applying aspects. Mercury is also slow in motion, recovering after the retrograde period, which traditionally is considered an affliction.

The money that the questioner will make is represented by the Moon, 2nd house ruler, in a strong position by sign. Yet, also in the 2nd house, there is also Saturn, which represents delays, restrictions, different problems.

The condo is represented by the Sun, exalted in Aries, also in the 11th house of hopes and wishes. The Part of Fortune is located in the 4th, but conjunct the cups of the next house.

My take on this chart is the following: We see an applying square between the Moon (the money) and the Sun (the condo). As an additional aspect, we may notice a sesquisquare (a square and a half) between Mercury (the questioner) and the IC, 4th house cusp (the condo). Remembering Saturn in the 2nd house, I think there are little chances for the questioner to be able to make enough money this year in order to buy a condo. However, this judgement doesn't say that this won't be possible next year.

Mercury and the Sun are in Aries and the 11th house, indicating that the questioner has set high targets and expectations. However at this moment, Mercury is slow in motion and pergrine, meaning that the questioner is not prepared yet to make that money.
