This week's question was received on Jan. 20, 2005, 6:16:12 pm EET (-2:00), in Tirgu Mures, Romania (24e34, 46n33). Originally this question was phrased in Spanish "Soy amada por mi pareja?" ("Does my partner love me?", woman asking).

This is also a relationship question, a 7th house question. The presence of Neptune on the Descendant expresses the querent's confusion or doubt on partner's feelings.

According to the traditional rules, Saturn rules Aquarius, the sign on the 7th cusp, so Saturn rules the partner. The woman asking the question is represented by the Sun, ruler of the Ascendant.

What is very interesting in this horary is that both rulers of the 1st and 7th houses, the Sun and Saturn, are located in other person's 12th house (Saturn in the radix 12th house, the Sun in the 12th house derived from the 7th, i.e. the radix 6th house). Based on this data, it is possible to give the final answer to the question: 'yes' he loves her.
