Next on List is Azerbaijan, meaning of flag can be found on quote below:-
"Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
P R E S I D E N T I A L L I B R A R Y
Azerbaijan.
State symbols and attributes
4
Meaning of symbols of the National Flag"
AND below:-
"The eight-pointed star to the right of the crescent has no “religious meaning” either. As a matter of fact it
is composed of two four-pointed stars. An eight-pointed star in Azerbaijani mythology meant Sirius - the star of
all travelers, a luminary creating great space and time. There is nothing mystical in the symbolism of the
Azerbaijani flag: no secret meaning, no freemason’s secret, no alien signs."
Seems a strange statement, link below:-

Hi ElenaJ
Yes these events are significant being declarations of Independence and constitutions, they will show what stars are prominent during these events, with Azerbaijan i have a number graphs to bring forward, i'll start with the 1995 constitution, put into force on 27 November 1995:-
https://president.az/en/pages/view/azerbaijan/constitutionEgyptian sunrise day marker at Baku, with Alnilam setting.
Graph below:-
Picture 18.jpg

I have no idea how many will align to Sirius and Alnilam but will try to research one a day, as we go forward i will explain more, i have a long way to go.
"The star Alnilam portends public honors to all those born under its influence. It is also said to indicate a good nut crop. When rising, Alnilam. together with Alnitak and Mintaka, portend irreligious and treacherous individuals." (Constellations of Words)

Alnilam is also used in Hermetic philosophy as the God Osiris, it does give a good nut crop in electional astrology as well as Sirius as they do come up in assassinations and war, however this thread is about Constitutions and Declarations of independence.

Afghanistan's constitution, but not the 1942 date for the founding of Afghanistan (which did not exist as a country prior to that.) We're told we must accept the date of constitutional ratification for other countries but then refuse to apply that same logic to America where we are told we must accept the Sibley Chart in spite of the fact that the Declaration of Independence quite clearly states in no uncertain terms that 13 totally separate and totally independent countries are being created instead of a single country as most people falsely believe.

If we were to follow their illogic, then when a person is adopted, we must cast a brand new natal chart for their date of adoption and abandon their birth chart and if someone marries, we must cast a new natal chart and abandon their birth chart and/or date of adoption chart.

But, we don't do that, nor should we.

Can these points be linked to significant events in the history of the countries?
The chart of a country's constitution will only reveal events arising out of the constitution itself. For example, it should clearly indicate the adoption of new amendments, and even the demise of the constitution if that should happen, but it would not show wars, unless, of course, it was a revolutionary war leading to a new form of government and/or constitution. It would also show where/when provisions of the constitution might be suspended or violated and the cause for it.

For example, if you have the correct US Constitution Chart, then it should show you were Lincoln suspended habeas corpus and violated the 1st Amendment's Free Speech, Free Press, Freedom to Peaceably Assemble, and Freedom to Redress (the government for grievances) Clauses, the violations of the 4th Amendment's Unreasonable Search & Seizure Clause and Warrants Clause (when federal officers illegally entered the premises of newspapers and publishing houses to seize their printing presses and arrest the editors and staff without warrants), the violations of the 5th Amendment's Grand Jury Clause, Self-Incrimination Clause, Due Process Clause, and Just Compensation Clause, violations of the 6th Amendment's Speedy Trial Clause, Charges Clause, Compulsory Process Clause, and Assistance of Counsel Clause, and the 8th Amendment's Excessive Bail Clause.

You would need the founding chart to discern political, social, and economic affairs.

Hi DC80,
Please leave link to your statement:-

Next you are looking at the Sibley Chart for USA, which has a C rating meaning caution:-
https://www.astro.com/astro-databank/Nation:_USA_No.1https://www.astro.com/astro-databank/Help:RRParans are the oldest astrology which i follow and i feel are intentional electional astrology, are you aware of Parans and how they work?

When was Afghanistan founded as a NATION?
June 1926 - Following the Third Anglo-Afghan War in 1919, Afghanistan became free of foreign political hegemony
& emerged as the independent Kingdom of Afghanistan in June 1926 under Amanullah Khan :)

When was Afghanistan founded and who founded it?
Ahmad Shah DURRANI unified the Pashtun tribes & founded Afghanistan in 1747.
The country served as a buffer between the British & Russian Empires :)

until
it won independence
from notional British control in 1919

Hi Monk
:)
So - what was Afghanistan BEFORE it was called Afghanistan?
In ancient times
Afghanistan was known as Ariana
or
Bactria
.
Bactria was inhabited from roughly 2000 B.C. to 1000 B.C. by fire-worshiping agricultural tribes
A 3200-year-old temple for fire worship was found at a site called Tillya Tepe

I'll start with Afghanistan.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_Constitution_of_Afghanistan
Quote:-
"The constitution was approved by the consensus in January 2004 after the 2003 loya jirga.[3] The Constitution consists of 162 articles and was officially signed by Hamid Karzai on January 26, 2004"
HISTORICAL DETAILS :)
The 1964 Constitution of Afghanistan transformed Afghanistan into a modern democracy.
The constitution was approved by the consensus in January 2004 after the 2003 loya jirga.
The 1964 Constitution of Afghanistan WAS the supreme law of the Kingdom of Afghanistan from 1964 to 1973
when it was annulled

following a coup d'état
though
parts of the constitution were restored
by future governments :)

from 2002 to 2004
and

from 2021 to 2022

The 1964 Constitution of Afghanistan
transformed Afghanistan into
a modern democracy.

The constitution was approved by the consensus
in January 2004 after the 2003 loya jirga.

From a justice perspective, from 1880 to 1964, Afghanistan had a dual judicial system
comprising religious or Sharia courts on the one hand
& state or government courts on the other.
One of the most important legal issues
in this period

was the promulgation of
the country's first constitution in 1923.

The Constitution was formally ratified :)
by President Hamid Karzai
at a ceremony in Kabul on 26 January 2004.
The full text of the Constitution may be found below

Ancient Greek day marker used, being previous sunset at Kabul,
using parans, as Sun set, Sirius was Rising,

If we were to follow their illogic, then when a person is adopted, we must cast a brand new natal chart for their date of adoption
The Constitution of a country sets the rules and regulations, rights and duties of its citizens.
So any time the Constitution changes, there is in reality a change in the country, and a new chart will reflect that.
Granted choosing the correct time and date for the new Constitution is a labor in itself which is not easy.

When a child is adopted, to refer to your example, their natal chart obviously remains, but a chart of the adoption time can be very insightful in understanding the relationship between the new parents and the child.
The child is in a new world, new relationships, and it may or may not be compatible with their natal chart.

I chose the 2004 Afghanistan constitution because it happened after 9/11, and was when the western world were trying to change the country, the same type of alignment happened in Iraq, that i will show when we get to it.
A further note to this would be the Bonn Agreement of 5th Dec 2001, it wasn't aligned to Bonn, Germany, but come up in Kabul, Afghanistan.
As Sun rose, being ancient Egyptian day marker, Sirius was setting:-

Tomorrow i will look at the Azerbaijan SSR constitution of 28 April 1920:-
https://azerbaijan.az/en/related-information/145
Going back to this post above, i have no idea if day markers are used with projected measure of fixed stars, like parans, Sirius within one degree of Desc., if so?
I'm busy today, not sure i can post anything else, graph below:-picture 21.jpg
