Hello all
My friend asked me this question: Are my sisters the reason for breaking off the relationship with my young fiancé who came to propose to me?
A young man proposed to her, but there was jealousy among the sisters, and some of the sisters wanted to ruin the engagement between my friend and the young man who proposed to her.
Yes, there was a threat to that.
A few days later, my friend was surprised that the young man who came to propose to her broke off the engagement and did not want to marry her!
So she asked this question: Are my sisters the reason for breaking off my engagement to this young man?

I saw in this astrological chart that the moon is in the third house, the house of sisters.
The man's planet Mercury makes a sextile with the sister planet Saturn.
This connection is 4 degrees away.
Does this mean that my friend's sisters are the reason for ruining this engagement?
Also, Mercury is also the planet of the end of the relationship, Does this mean that the answer to this question is yes?

Any other ideas?

Thank you

No Merc nor Sun care at all about Saturn - you would also be looking for a separating aspect not applying as this event has already happened

Thank you for answering
The question was about something that happened in the past.
The question is, were the sisters the reason for ruining the relationship between the girl and her fiancé?
The relationship between them is over.

With Saturn in the third house of siblings, and the partile square to the sun, I don't think the sisters liked the fiancé. But with his significator Mercury entering his turned 12th house, I think he had his own undisclosed reasons for leaving.

Thank you for the answer.
But if we assume that it is just talk to tarnish the sister’s reputation! Does this appear in this astrological chart?

I don't think it's that simple. The third house rules the querents' sisters. This house looks troubled: it is ruled by Saturn, and both Saturn and the moon (her emotional stake in the matter) are here. This doesn't suggest a good relationship between the querent and the sisters; but what I'm not seeing is Saturn connecting with Mercury, the ruler of the 7th house (fiancé.) I think he had his own reasons for ending the relationship.

Jupiter and Mercury share some reception, so it's not like he suddenly disliked the querent.

It's too bad none of these people could just talk honestly and openly with one another.

While I don't think the fiancé backed out because the sisters said terrible things about the querent herself, one wonders if a sensible man would want to get into so much strife among his future in-laws.

thank you so much . A convincing and beautiful answer. I appreciate your answer.
