I'll try my best though keep in mind that finding lost people, animals or objects through astrology does not always give the result we wish for so dearly.
You are the querent in this question I think.
Your friend looks to be a 7th house person.
The cat gets the Moon as a significator, the Moon rules lost things, especially the living kind.
Besides the Moon, cat gets the 6th house counted from the friend (the 6th from the7th) and that is the 12th cusp in the chart, being in Sagittarius that makes Jupiter significator of the missing cat.
Both Moon and Jupiter in air-signs, good because that reduces possibilities.
The Moon is by horary standards void of course. That would mean nothing comes of this question but that's counterproductive to our effort ánd maybe the square to the descendant counts as an aspect yet to be made, with a time indication of either days or a week. That does indicate a form of trouble, that square.
The Moon is on the via combusta but the cat maybe (very) lucky being on the one degree that is not burning, conjunct benefic star Spica.

Mercury could be that mate, heading to meet Jupiter the Cat and the Moon just met Mercury by sex.tile.
Mercury can be unknown to your friend as it rules her twelfth, it can be a neighborhood cat as well.
Moon is in the fourth of your friend, at her home, somewhere high up, an upper floor, the attic or the roof even.
A southern direction is indicated with a few degrees east. Libra and Gemini point in a westerly direction though.
Air signs outside can be higher up as well. Highlands, hills and cats seem to like trees to hide in. Stony and sandy grounds, Libra exalts Saturn.
Jupiter: retrograde, that can indicate a chance of the cat returning.
In the eleventh, with one or more good friends? The owners friends (doubtful), the cat's friends then perhaps.
Gemini indicates perhaps: in the neighborhood, in the car or a garage. Near places with a Mercury idea to them. Schools, phonebooths if they still exist, phone shop then, near a communication tower, the cell-towers. If you have phone lines aboveground or something of that idea in a little 'house' where phone lines connect.
Here the direction can be West to South.
With missing animals there's always that very sad probability of loss. This chart does have some indicators but again it feels counterproductive to detail that. The few charts I did get right on the passing of an animal were way more dramatic and clear on what had happened.
