Not only in Western Astrology, but in Vedic / KP Astrology too, everyone is finding it bit difficult to decide on taking Asc / Dsc!
We should observe ourselves and should decide on things. So instead of following whatever is being followed / said already, try to observe and find out things.

As I am following Western Astrology, whom should i consider Asc & Dsc. normally i would consider as market odds, as suggested by you & Fensi sir in your old posts.

BAN v AUS, 01/04/2014 @ 15:30 hrs local time
Asc should win the TOSS and Dsc should win the MATCH!
BAN are the Asc. They've won the Toss. So AUS should win the Game!!
Till 17:09 hrs local time, BAN should offer some fight. After that AUS should take complete control and should finish off the Game!!!

Whatever you got is right. Dsc should win the Game and that is WI and they've won too!
Regarding TOSS, no need to consider it alone seriously. You can always consider TOSS as a reference point and not the mandatory point. This is as to my observation and my point of view. Few other Astrologers may have differences of opinion. So, I don't object it. You should test it by yourself and should decide on things.
My justifications for that: -
1. As to me, TOSS is not involving the entire 2 Teams, even though it's done for the Teams. Only 2 Captains are involved in that. So, if a Captain's Time is very good at the time of TOSS and the opponent Captain's Time is bad, then he can win the TOSS. But with 1 individual's good time, you can't win the match.
2. Also, we would check only till sub-subs. TOSS needs 2 secs only. So even if the Sookshma Sub or Prati Antara Sub is strong at that time, they can win the TOSS.
So regarding TOSS Predictions, we can achieve around 80% accuracy and not 100%. That's why, I'll take TOSS just for cross-verification and not as a mandatory one.

Considering that Jupiter, Uranus, and Pluto are making hard aspects to his natal chart and the oct 8 Total Lunar Eclipse is right on his Jupiter could this operation have him back to dominating the PGA? Could he have had this since his accident and it just kept getting worse?

In KP if the end time extends by 30-45 minutes the result of the game can change....we have seen in the past ...Is it same in western or it only depends on start time irrespective of when ever the game ends?

No one can demand anyone to teach something. Only thing that can be done is 'Request'. It's up to the individual to teach something or not.
Regarding Asc / Dsc issue, no Senior is confusing anyone explicitly. The Truth is we ourselves get confused in some occasions. Try to understand one thing, Guys.. No one is a MASTER! Everyone is a Learner only, but in different levels!! For that matter Prof. KSK himself was a Learner only till his Life Time. Only GOD is the MASTER!!!
No Astrologer can be right in everything at every time. Few will accept it openly and few won't and they would try to pad up their mistakes. This is the Truth!

You guys pray that the Semi Final Match on 4th, should get delayed / started earlier and the Match Start Time should get changed somehow!
If the match starts ON TIME, then IND might lose!!
If all the Matches start on time, then Sri Lankans should be the Champions! They should be able to beat South Africans in the Finals and take the Cup!! If IND qualifies for the Finals somehow, then IND should be the champions!!!

No game is starting on scheduled time, if not due to some unexpected reasons, count down from 10 to 1 on the big screen, is causing the delay.
Merc and Ketu may not help, but I see that venus helps India and West Indies to reach finals, and from there on India may become the champions.
Unconventionally, teams batting second must win both semi finals, in case of timely start.
