Electional Astrology timing to Apply for A Relocation Loan

HI All,

I am new to this forum. My name is Joseph, and my partner and I are leaving the US in November to permanently relocate to Belgium for work. I have a job in Belgium and am moving this November. I will need to apply for a relocation loan as part of the moving costs but am wondering how I can use electional astrology to improve my chances of getting the loan. I want to apply for it anytime from now to the beginning/mid-October.

I have good credit ~710 FICO score and have made all payments on time, never had a late payment, etc. I feel I am in good standing as I was pre-approved for a personal loan from 2 banks with a soft credit check but want to ensure I pick the right time to hit the "apply" button. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I was thinking of the following:

1. Ensuring the 1st and 7th house lords are in good aspect/condition
2. Bolstering the 2nd house and 2nd house Lord
3. Bolstering Venus and Jupiter

I found the following time and thought the chart looked good considering the aspects:
October 3rd, 2024, 19:40 (7:40 PM), 41 deg 49' N, 72 deg 29' West, Whole Signs,

Ascendant 12 Taurus
Venus on Descendent 13 Scorpio
Venus at 12 Scorpio trine Mars at 16 Cancer (Venus trine its ruler)
Moon (24 Libra, 6th house) trine Jupiter (21 Gemini, 2nd house)
Venus trine Saturn at 14 Pisces.

Please let me know what you all think or if there is a better time / considerations to make for this case.

I am unable to locate the correct location using the coordinates. That is why I said that if you want to keep your location hidden, DM me it.

Also, do you realise that someone who is better than me at retrieving a place from coordinates will know your location anyway?

Hopefully someone else will help you, I cant help without a location.

The good part:
The planetary hour is Jupiter. Jupiter rules the 8h/loan and is angular and unafflicted.
Saturn and Mars are tucked away, which is good.
Benefic planet Jupiter is rising,
Mars on the 3h cusp would also be the application for the loan (8h ruler Jupiter) and Mars/Jup share mixed reception.
Mc applies to square benefic Venus and in your natal Venus rules your 2nd house.
The Moon is increasing in light which will make the application/decision process much quicker.
Asc squares Venus/Jup midpoint which is positive.

The not-so-good part:
Moon is cadent, in its fall and in via combusta (15°Libra-15°Scorpio).
Moon applies to oppose natal Saturn and square natal Neptune.
Is void of course if you don't want to include Pluto.

But you'll never get a perfect chart! As long as the positive outweighs the negative it should be okay.

Thank you for the detailed analysis . I will say though I am a gemini rising so the moon should rule my second. Maybe you calculated something wrong with the birth chart?

My ascendant is 20-21 degrees of Gemini when I calculate it. Thanks for your help!

I've just gone to my dms to check your birth data as I couldn't understand what I'd done wrong. Its the date format. Im in England so do Date/Month/Year. You've sent me your DOB in Month/Date/Year. And Ik you're from US so should have entered it the other way around.

Moon must be in harmony and good standing with ruler of 8th house person applying for loan. Trine, Sextile and even conjunct in this case - if moon is not debilitated. This is when you look at your chart, and an ephemeris and look for moon applying to your 8th house ruler in a fruitful way. Look at Venus rulership house and your second house ruler for earning ability to repay the loan. It seems Saturn is involved in your life right now - 6th or 9th so badly aspected that you must obtain a loan to further your career in another country.

And also this time Moon opposes your natal Saturn who happens to rule your 8th of loans.
Having the Moon opposing the planet (esp Rx) ruling what the election is for isn't beneficial.
