In the years 1994, 1976, 1958 and 1940 there have been both an eclipse of the Solar Saros 128 series and an eclipse of the Solar Saros 133 series. An eclipse from each of these two families again shows up in 2012. So, it is worthwhile to study what has happened in the preceding years when members of these eclipse series were present.

Here are the eclipses from the most recent Solar Saros 128 series:

And all these aspects are consistently less than 3 degrees orb. So, eclipses from this series obviously relate to therelationship between our collective destiny (or, the challenges we must face to reach it -- i.e., the North Node) and spirituality/self-sacrifice/Christ consciousness (Neptune). If this is the case, this would explain why there is a Saros 128 eclipse this year, 2012, since the Mayan end date is so closely tied to these themes. And since there is a square aspect between the North Node and Neptune in this year's Saros 128 eclipse (May 20, 2012), naturally I have to raise the concern of a possible natural disaster involving water (hurricane, flooding, tsunami).

The Solar Saros 133 series is also very interesting:

In all of the charts of these eclipses there's a stellium within Libra and Scorpio. Many of the planets that comprise the stellium change from one eclipse in the series to the next, except for Mercury, the North Node and the Sun/Moon eclipse. (Although I think if I took more data points further into the past, Mercury might not consistently show up in the stellium.) And the relationship between the North Node and the eclipse point is always maintained as a conjunction within 4 degrees or less.

In addition, in all but the Oct. 1976 eclipse there is a persistent close aspect between Uranus and Chiron, all under 3 degrees orb.

So, regarding the coming Solar Saros 133 eclipse, it has characteristics like its predecessors (i.e., a stellium within a fixed sign) that would suggest an earthquake is likely. And within the stellium of the eclipse event on Nov. 14, 2012 Saturn is present, and it forms an inconjunct with Uranus (with an orb of only 18 minutes). As we also know, presence of an inconjunct is also a risk factor for earthquakes. So, the probability of an earthquake is now further increased. The suggestion of a Uranus/Chiron relationship in this Saros series could mean the intention of healing mankind by drastic measure (such as from a natural disaster).

In every year that there have been a Solar Saros series 128 eclipse and a series 133 eclipse (at least as far back as 1940) there has been a majorly devastating natural disaster:

November 10, 1940 - earthquake in Romania at 03:39

The 1940 earthquake was an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.4 or 7.7 on the Richter scale, with epicenter in Vrancea zone at a depth of about 133 km. It was the first great earthquake of Modern Romania....Its effects were devastating in central and southern Moldavia and Walachia. The number of victims was estimated at 1,000 dead and 4,000 injured, mostly in Moldova. Because the context in which it occurred, the exact number of victims was not known, the information was censored during the war.
The earthquake was felt in Bucharest, where about 300 people were killed, most of them in the collapse of the Carlton building. The Carlton building, a 14-story structure with reinforced concrete, was the tallest in the city at the time. Many other buildings in Bucharest were considerably damaged.

July 9, 1958 - earthquake along Alaska generates a mega tsunami:

On the night of July 9, 1958 an earthquake along the Fairweather Fault in the Alaska Panhandle loosened about 40 million cubic yards (30.6 million cubic meters) of rock high above the northeastern shore of Lituya Bay. This mass of rock plunged from an altitude of approximately 3000 feet (914 meters) down into the waters of Gilbert Inlet (see map below). The impact generated a local tsunami that crashed against the southwest shoreline of Gilbert Inlet. The wave hit with such power that it swept completely over the spur of land that separates Gilbert Inlet from the main body of Lituya Bay. The wave then contiuned down the entire length of Lituya Bay, over La Chaussee Spit and into the Gulf of Alaska. The force of the wave removed all trees and vegetation from elevations as high as 1720 feet (524 meters) above sea level. Millions of trees were uprooted and swept away by the wave. This is the highest wave that has ever been known.

At 3:42 a.m. on July 28, 1976, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake hit the sleeping city of Tangshan, in northeastern China. The very large earthquake, striking an area where it was totally unexpected, obliterated the city of Tangshan and killed over 240,000 people - making it the deadliest earthquake of the twentieth century.

A major earthquake (magnitude Ms 8.1) occurred near Shikotan Island, in the South Kuril Island Group of Russia's Far East, at 13:23 UTC, October 4, 1994 (0:23 a.m. Oct. 5, local time). The quake was extensively damaging in the Kuril Islands, killing 11 people and injuring 242. It caused several landslides and generated a destructive tsunami. 8 people died from the direct effects of the tsunami. It was a sudden event, without any short- term precursors or foreshocks.
