Hi everyone, so I want to preface: this is not for me, but for someone who is very close to me and wrapped up in my life, who has been struggling for about as long as I have known them to find their path.
Recently, I thought it might be worth checking out their chart. I have their full permission to post it here, just FYI. I will say through my personal experience this is someone who tends to have big dreams/ambitions, but then has a lot of problems following through. Someone who changes their minds on a pretty regular basis about hmm.. EVERYTHING and doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong with that.
This particular person has been struggling in a low end and badly paying job that they don't like for a very long time but can't seem to break out of it, despite having tried a few times in the past.
So thank you for your respectful and astrologically based insights. :)
I will be passing them on to the native.
I have attached their chart in this post.

Thanks for the book suggestion. I checked the other house systems and the house that the Sun and Jupiter are in do not change.
I do think the opposition is a big part of their personality overall. I know they were raised in a very religious household. Had a lot of conflict with family because of that over the years and not being, 'one of them,' anymore.
The thing that stood out to me was the second house Capricorn and the fact that Saturn is smack on their ascendant which is in Sagittarius. And Jupiter rules Sag so I guess that gives Jupiter extra emphasis there?? (I'm still playing with rulerships).
In my experience they are always looking for quick ways to get ahead yet end up getting put right back where they were before or even further. All of their attempts to break free from current circumstances seem to backfire on them, even if it seems to work temporarily.
I feel like their second house in Capricorn demands slow, steady and consistent work to move ahead which they have tried to avoid at all costs. So they just end up sabotaging themselves again and again and not learning from the experience.
Just my opinion. :-/
If you are able, there is a lot of interesting information in Liz Greene’s (& Howard Sasportas’) book “The Development of the Personality” which you should be able to buy pretty cheap for use in the kindle app. Refer to the chapters concerning the Puer arche type in particular in reference to this chart you are asking about.

The whole chart needs to be considered of course, but one of the main aspects that sticks out to me that could be significant for your friend to explore is the Sun Libra opposition to Jupiter Aries. What houses do they fall in for Placidus or Porphyry?

Well, I think it has probably made it difficult for this person to succeed. Like they felt something was always holding them back. And they felt blocked sometimes doing what they truly wanted which was spiritual but very different from what they grew up with. Recently my friend seems to have made peace with things as much as they can, which is a bit of a miracle in itself. So I wonder if for them that will help them to finally be able to move forwards.
Interception is the same for all three house systems.
