you confuse me. I've asked about the house 9. inside is my natal. So, any information from someone more experienced is usefull. thanksWhile some people might choose to answer your complicated question based on the pretty picture that you've provided, I cannot. I need to know more about your birth chart than has been provided to give you an accurate picture of what might be going on, but to do that I would need the actual birth data which you have obscured in your photo.

Not seeing a stellium in the 9th, but rather in the 11th, so matters connected with that house might be more dominant in your life. Not a strong emphasis for travel/foreigners...but co-operation with groups or organizations are implied, especially in creative activities. In this chart we see that the Moon [Libra] is in the waxing crescent phase, in supportive aspect with Sun [Leo], so this can be supportive for relationship matters. The Lunar Phase at the Return hints as to whether things will go more smoothly in the year ahead, or emphasize more difficulty and challenge. The waxing phase is about action and development. Sun will be just leaving a conjunction with Jupiter and that can auger benefit and growth as well. Mars in second represents energy and momentum in terms of monetary matters.

I love solar return charts! It's sad they don't get enough love these days..
Personally I prefer the first chart you posted. It is much cleaner to look at and much easier on the eye.
The two golden rules about solar returns are:
1) they are a very condensed prediction of the year in question.
2) it follows that it will only tell you in almost bulletpoint manner the most important events and/or feelings/attitudines during the year in question. In fact, think of a solar return chart as a time travel to the END of that solar year. Imagine yourself in august 2015, looking back at the past year and trying to recall the major defining events. Whatever you recall is what you can read in a solar return chart. It won't be telling you a story of the small daily struggles or joys just as you wouldn't be able to recall every little thing of that past year.
Does that make sense to you?

I can tell you this, however, the solar return sun is in the solar return 9th house and you will either relocate to another country or welcome a foreigner in your life or deal with foreigners a lot remotely from your home country.
