Duality
In the depths of my being, an enigma unfolds,Where angelic whispers and devilish caresses behold.
Within my soul, a dance of light and shadow fierce,
In constant duress, deeper do they pierce.
As one side falters, the other boldly takes its place,
A fleeting plunge, yet balance restores its embrace.
At times, a beacon of virtue and grace, angelic and true,
Only to stumble and descend into darkness anew.
Yet, in moments, malice emerges, wicked and sly,
But equilibrium beckons, and it returns, oh so wry.
Morality's rollercoaster, a ride both thrilling and grim,
An unsteady journey that leaves one feeling sick within.
In this labyrinth of self, torn between respect and loathing's sting,
A wonder it is that I feel anything, a dance with madness in the ring.
Yet as time passes, this tumultuous ride persists,
Until one day, perchance, I gather strength and make my decisive twists.
For within this enigma lies the power to discern,
To navigate the depths and embrace the lessons I yearn.
So let the light and shadows sway, their eternal show,
As I forge my path, with courage and wisdom to bestow.
Embrace the contradictions, the dualities that reside,
For in their tapestry, I'll find the truth that cannot hide.
In this relentless journey, I seek balance and peace,
To choose my own destiny and let the inner turmoil cease.
