For instance
If we imbue our mindstreams with mindfulness, kindness, and compassion
our experiences will be happier ones.
We will be able to keep harmonious company with anyone, in any situation.."

To be happy, you need to be completely in a meditative state, not to worry about any surroundings, and to not worry about the past or the future, as to be truly happy, we need to focus on the present only.
