I haven’t lost anyone on a forum yet, but I have missed certain people, and it’s true that you do get attached to members. It’s strange because we will never meet, yet spend a lot of time interacting on an almost daily basis. I can imagine it being very sad knowing you’ve lost someone for good.

yes, Moon in 11th house would make sense for me asking on forum.

From what I’ve learnt, the moon can also significator the emotional state of the person who asked the question usually. I just noticed me, Mars, is conjunct IC, and I’ve been feeling under the weather for a week or so, and have hardly left the house, which has given me a bit of cabin fever. It’s so eery how horary can spill the beans about the person asking the question! 🙀
Horary definately can. I recall a young woman who had many friends on Astro forum. One of them was a young actress, and one was me only I was just beginning to talk with her via PM in a more regular way, taking my time because of my own hesitancy being she was both Sagittarius which I love and Gemini which I hesitated over. Anyway, one day she disappeared. She was so frequent on the site and we all knew her life rather well those of us in touch with her. The young actress had been to her home in New Mexico and had a blast, riding the Air Balloons they do in that State every year. Our friend was described as very much like a hippie from years ago, long dresses, long hair, and just a wonderful person to know. I was just getting to know and trust her. She collected stones & gems from all over.
Her actress friend while visiting with her in her home said she really liked me too. Meanwhile, we worked on the Horary. It was immediately worrisome. She found new friends in N.Mexico a group she was dying to join and they finally allowed her in . It was Anti-Nuclear group at Los Alamos and she was thrilled to go to the meetings finally the last time we spoke. We now worried they weren't good for her and maybe were even not "real" . The charts cont'd to say really negative things symbolically speaking.

Finally this young actress called her brother in another state after calling local hospitals and police. He had not heard from her either. Come to find out she passed from Sepsis. Two years earlier she had been in a coma and told me all about it including her out of body experience when medically dead. She had gone to Mexico to meet a guy there, went to a buffet, at watermelon & cantelope (she thinks was bad) and got very very ill. She ended up in the hospital and needed to be airlifted back to New Mexico and by then in a coma. Thats when she "died" and had the NDE. Michelle was only 56 but looked in her 40s. She lived two years more, and died in 2012. The forum lost another young woman in 2014.

Each of them were unique in their own way, so big losses. There was also a very young man in his late 20s that I used to butt heads with. He was so smart that I did admire him. I was trying to learn how to do calculations for a way to discern twins and charts that was being taught online, and my husband created a calculator for me to use. Yet this young man did it all in his head and corrected my number by a few decimal points. I was amazed at his accuracy! He died very young, and I became friends (and still am) with his mom online on FB. She lives in a different country. He lived with his father however. But it's a way to remember him every year on his anniversary.

was that the dutch boy from Astrodienst? I can't remember his name, but he had some kind of pulmonary issues and passed away on his college campus, if I recall? I think it was around 2011 or after. I still remember some of the things he shared.

Thank you for sharing your memories about them. It was lovely to read. They both sounded like very unique and interesting people. 🤍

The young man who impressed me so much - when I think of his name (I'll check his mother's thread on Facebook and get it)
I'll post here - He was amazing! His chart must show his genius IQ. So young and passed away so quickly with a rare birth defect he was born with.
He beat my husbands calculator which impressed me = and probably my Libran husband too!

It was about the Dwads system I was attempting to learn for twins:

YES!! YOU ARE CORRECT!! His mother is Dutch.... I have his photo but not the name yet = it will come to me. His given name in life was Jasper.
She posted it on Oct. 22nd. a decade ago. His avatar name was Chaos - I have his chart from when he died below - His Mercury Bi-Quintile Uranus must have been his genius symbol. He was only 24.
;)

That’s interesting. I’m going to work out my Dwads.

yes, chaos. he was a sweet thoughtful and en-pointe youngster who had studied quite intensely and was eager to help. Thank you for your reboot of memory.

I know who you are speaking of. She once reminded me that my sun in the 7th house didn't mean I had to rely on others to find my light, but that sun in 7th could be symbolic like two flames from two matches put together could join forces and made the light even bigger. I didn't know she passed, but I know who you are talking about. Mercy!

Then there was an older gentleman who was very popular and knowledgeable at the same time. Again, my memory is faded. He once wrote me a long piece about Wilner's book on Edgar Cayce that he had reviewed on Amazon - . He was quite educated and it showed in many respects. I heard he passed on not that many years ago. Ed Falis

Found - He died on 15 March 2021 at age 69 at his home in New Jersey.

Ed wrote that, "I view astrology as a kind of mathematics that can be applied to many areas, just as normal mathematics. But it's a completely different formal structure, and uses different means of "reasoning" and application. It wasn't called the "queen of sciences" for nothing! I see many analogies between my two fields - especially in that they both speak to the interaction of subjectivity and objectivity, and to the nature of personal and group creativity. In both, I seem to have fallen into a hereditary family role of toolsmith."

Quote from his obituary:

Edward was a man of tremendous insight, intellect, heart, and humor. He tackled complex philosophical questions and mundane logistical puzzles with equal energy and curiosity. An unfailing source of support to his family and friends, Ed was known to lighten dark moods by breaking into silly songs or telling rambling anecdotes that somehow always ended in insightful observations about the problem at hand. He was a fount of mostly excellent advice and when something went wrong his approach was dependably calm and even-keeled. Ed knew how to mitigate the bad and how to celebrate and enhance the good. A lifelong student of Buddhist philosophy, Ed was equally rooted in worldly logic and spiritual exploration. Edward was a special and unique man who will be deeply missed."

The other younger woman perhaps middle aged was Russian I believe and a friend of the owner Alois. She was very smart too, but as my memory fades, I'm sorry I cannot recall her name right now. Perhaps someone else will come along and remember for us. If not Russian, perhaps Yugoslavian? I think the new moderator Waybread - will remember who she was if she sees this post.

Then there was an older gentleman who was very popular and knowledgeable at the same time. Again, my memory is faded. He once wrote me a long piece about Wilner's book on Edgar Cayce that he had reviewed on Amazon - so if no one recalls him (he was once a Jesuit I think and later on married in life) I'd have to research on Amazon reviews to jog my memory. Geesh...That's what happens as you age Waybread would recall probably this one too. He was quite educated and it showed in many respects. I heard he passed on not that many years ago. Ed Falis

He was a breadmaker hobby-ist. RIP, Ed.

There is someone here I exchanged a couple of pm's with after a wangle that took place on a thread here. Rarely, he understood my point of view. That was Gaer. Does anyone know what happened to him?

This recent mercury retro and eclipse has been powerful. The strength of memory. Settling old unanswered questions. Resolving the past or revisiting it to capture the youth within ourselves. Shoulda Woulda Coulda's, too.

Mars in Cancer transiting for a good grip will do this too, especially with the retrograde Mars natives or those with mars on the IC. Mars in Cancer has a signature quality of igniting/re-igniting emotional memories.

I miss Eyesis/Enigme. We had a falling out. It was my fault. If you see this my friend, I am sorry. May you be happy and healthy.
