Nice Cancer Moon for nursing. In 5th, cusp of 6th. Pediatrics maybe? Saturn/Pisces nice sextile to Neptune. When I went into healthcare tr Neptune was conj. my Saturn and then conj. my MC.
You have a packed 12th, Neptune/Sun, sensitivity to deal w/ others who are ill. Mars/Neptune, you'd have to be careful of not feeling drained or depleted, though, by other's demands. Pluto/10th, dealing w/ life/death issues via the career. W/ your chart, I could see behavioral health/psych nursing, too, a possibility.
