Job changes.

Dear forum members hi.
I have a question about my job.
My question is :Will they let me be at the CT (diagnostic imaging technique) department?If yes when?

I'm at the X-ray department for the last 6 years.At January the unit that i was ,had closed the second shift and they send me at another unit(which is more close to my house) to learn the CT scan,ok i've learn it
The thing is that now we are 3 people at the CT department (because they dont know what will they do with me (i think), there is no open seat for me and for that reason they sent me to cover the shift of others when they're time off,at other units - far away from my home and also near my home at this unit). Well this make me mad because i feel like a pink -pong little ball.
The think is that we know that they can keep 3 people at the CT department,only two and thats why i made this chart.

I dont know so much about horary but seeing this chart i know that its negative.I think that they prefer the other two people (but i know that one of them they dont want him the others colleagues because he is very arrogant).
So,im mars (and also meaybe venus because the first house is at venus)? at not good position at my 4 house and my job is Saturn rx at my 12 house .Mars and Saturn dont aspect.
Also moon at Leo doesn't aspect me or Saturn.
The only aspect that i will have is with Uranus at my first house but i know that it doesn't count.
The others are venus at Sagittarius ,better position than me and will make square with job Saturn.Also moon the end of the mater transfer light from sun at scorpio (also others because is at 7 house) to venus.
So ,they dont want me at the CT department and they prefer the ather two?They continue to send me for covering the shift of others??
I had enough from this situation!!

With the Aries Asc, ruler Mars square the Asc and opposing Pluto, could you work in the accident and emergency department with transferable skills?
Mars trine Neptune in the 12th could indicate having empathy for patients' healing.
Chiron is also close to the Asc signifying wounds/accidents.

Hi Chrysalis ,thank you very much for your answer.
We don't have this department,we are not hospital.
We are radiodiagnostics centers,we have blood department,X-ray, ultrasound,CT scan ani MRI scan.
I am X-ray employee (this is my study).
And yes i have empathy for patients healing and also i feel unappreciated and angry!

P S. I know that my ather colleagues like me very much ,i see this.
I also know that they don't like at all one of those two from the CT department.I also know that my supervisor also dont like this guy,but the think is that this quy knows CT scan and MRI scan,so my supervisor keeps him because he is useful.
