You can get an immediate chart interpretation from astro.com. From ‘free horoscopes tab look for free 'personal portrait' interpretation of a natal chart in the free horoscope section, you simply put the cursor on a planet and it brings a pop up box to explain what it means to have a planet in that house and any other aspects it has to natal planets. plus a six month free transit report in 'short report' Robert Hand gives a valuable in depth explanation of transits here – only slight objection I have with astro, is they use orbs of upto maybe 10' approaching, exact and departing. So most transits seem very long in effect. I use more realistic orbs of 1' approaching, 1' exact and 1' departing.

May I suggest you read the 'welcome to the world of astrology’ and other ---sticky' at the top of this forum? It has some great explanations, links etc. At the top of every forum there are lots of ‘stickys’ which explain matters in that forum, along with guidelines & tips

There is a 'plethora' of information on AW, espec in the 'stickys' at the top of every forum, our Education forum and Recommendations forum to. Plus we have a good search feature,[but not foolproof obviously, so try here first] bit like google using keywords – initially select advanced and try just selecting 'titles' rather than posts

She is just having her saturn return, which is a major transit which has taken saturn 28 to return to it's natal position.

Saturn Return
Saturn takes 30 years or so to complete its circuit around the zodiac so events that occur around the age of 29-30, 58-59 and 84-87 will be of great significance to the native, depending on the strength and aspects to natal saturn.

Netpune is a singleton, ie: only planet in fire element which this chart is short of.

Singleton planets
“If a planet happens to be the only one in an element, quality, or house type, that planet is a Singleton and it can funnel all of the “energy” of the horoscope. This planet is often the most important one in the horoscope. In other words, if you just interpret the position of this one planet by sign, house, and aspect, you will get to the “heart of the horoscope”. The effect is the same as if that planet were the only one on one side of the chart.”

(There is a book out by Shirley Lyons Meier, "Elemental Voids, More than Meets the Eye", which gives a good discussion of missing elements.) The Inferior Function can be a source of great motivation and creative expression.

Fire Absence
The limited presence of the Fire element in your horoscope may suggest the need to experience life more actively. It may benefit you to become more vital, for you may lack the passion and spark that the fire signs afford. This doesn't mean that you don't enjoy life, but merely that you don't seem to know how to insert yourself into the action; pleasure, thrills and glory will be slow coming your way. Your pleasures are apt to be more subtle and sensitive, without the dramatics and flash. Although this void does not guarantee an introvert, you are not likely to be the extrovert. You lack the dare-devil courage of the fire signs, and this includes the utter self-confidence these signs bestow

She asked me to post her chart actually. She's not bipolar just gets kinda easily upset. Why do you say that?

Mercury square neptune in 1st, and 4th, ADHD bipolar or just general communication issues or family history of issues, mind always wanders..Merc is the closest planet to the AC, with neptune singleton in fire squaring merc she could easily have mind AND emotional problems (like temper)

the easily upset is because of her squares to moon and mars conj and neptune.

Mercury in virgo is *exalted* and in first house will help communications be more direct and to the point. then mercury has a sextile to moon which suggests communications with mother, women and friends (11th house moon) which is also domicile and strong. Moon is further helped by conjunction to moon suggesting a rather bossy mother, but mars is in 'fall' which just loves to interefere with family matters.....

Now on the positive side of mercury square neptune, there can be vivid dreams, intiuition, psychic awareness. Strong creative writing potential, along with good imagination and visualisation procress. Now as mercury is chart ruler AND MC ruler takes on much more importance.

Ruler of the Tenth House in the First House
An authority figure or perhaps your father had a strong influence on your outlook on life.
You could have a strong desire to be your own boss, or your ability to be a strong authority figure is easily perceived by others.

Wherever your Neptune is, "is where you carry your cross and where you will be called upon to make a sacrifice!" True sacrifices are never usually recognised, or else they could turn into martyrdom!

Neptune in 4th House – angular house
Strong unconscious emotional ties with home and family. Confused family relationships and sometimes chaotic domestic environment. Often feel sorry for strangers, animals and offer accommodation. Beachcombers. Sacrifices in the home (parents) Mystery concerning early life. Deception. Over‑idealise mothers perhaps disillusionment. Possibly put mother on a pedestal ‑ missing parent! doubts about roots!Abandoned, adopted, or even left in a plastic bag. Very much eggshell area and therefore sensitive. Neptune the ‘great dissolver’ can literally dissolve connections to family

lastly, mercury square neptune could suggest (worst case scenario) that she was lied to by family members. She could read too much between the lines. the saying, "There's many a slip between cup and lip" was invented for this aspect, suggesting that sometimes what the mind wants to say, intends to say, doesn't always come out the way they intended or thought...

Sometimes these quincunxs are obvious and recognised in personality, other times it can take a lot of self examination to identify with the planets energies and of course they (like all aspects) don't operate 100% of the time, they are simply a facet of your personality. Some say they cause health issues that are unresolved, underlying, dormant waiting to be triggered.... some say you stay at one end, to the detriment of the other, OR end up see-sawing between the two until you learn balance, integration of two unlikely pairings.

Next look at the signs, then houses and then aspects. Now the *others aspects* from these quincunxs/Yods as they can act like escape routes, that can help or hinder the expressions. A chart with lots of Yods (Finger of God) will always be *searching* for the divine answers to the meaning of life, to find synthesis

Moon Quincunx (Inconjunct) Neptune
“Romantic and idealistic, you easily project qualities onto situations and people that they can't possibly live up to. The root of this problem is really inaccurate self appraisal. You expect more from yourself than is realistic, then react to your shortcomings with guilt driven service to others and deep expression of overly sympathetic feelings. In the long run you have many opportunities through this aspect of your nature to refine and express your higher vision of the truth to others. Through this expression your daily life becomes a clearer picture of your true inner being.”

“You are like a mother hen seeking to protect her brood when danger threatens. Unconsciously, however, you are constantly seeking situations in which you can persecute yourself. Your imagination works overtime in creating problems to solve.
In any endeavour you must determine the limits of your responsibilities and avoid volunteering for additional tasks. Your physical constitution cannot tolerate abuse. Good food, nutritiously prepared under clean conditions, is absolutely necessary.
Your romantic interests may prove disappointing until you can relate to others honestly and realistically. It is not easy for you to see people as they really are”
