I have a conjunction of Pluto/Uranus on the cusp of the 5th house in Virgo.
I do think creativity is a big one, it would not be superficial.
Reworking themes of health in light of new knowledge.
Psychological health issues, they can be an awareness of how mental processes effect the health of the body.
Solving the mind/body conundrum in creative ways.

Pluto in 5th house,You have unusual talents and hobbies.Great creativity and self-expression is possible. Your children may be unique and it may be difficult for you to understand them or for them to understand you.
