Venus means to me love and it has borne out that way with Saturn and Jupiter Venus transit's. if it relates to money then that would make more sense as my income has increased in a once in a lifetime (at my age) return to a career. Perhaps it relates to money and perhaps I should do the lottery lol. Either way, I am happy in life with or without a relationship.
Since you started your 60, my guess is that the possibility of Venus exhibits love may be a bit less. But again never say never.
Venus for sure also means money besides love. But Pluto trine Venus won't give you lottery luck, I am pretty sure.
Based on my experiences and observations, trying to predict what will come is essentially like telling a story, or writing a novel. You need to base your future events on the current state. All the transits and progression gives you hints. But they won't make a frog to become a prince without proper progression in life, unless it's from Uranus. So the same transit on a young student vs on a baby vs on a old man is totally different. If a toddler has a Pluto trine Venus when he is just two, I can assure you that he won't get married, or at best, getting a "fake" marriage.
So I will say that do NOT deny the possibility and just let it come. With trine, when things happen, it will literally just come to you and happen. You don't need to be stressed about it. If love will come, it will come. That is trine. That's how I always experienced trine.
And also, there is nothing in the book that says if you get money from Venus, you won't get love, or vice versa. My experience is that it's at least one thing related, and it can be two things related to the theme. But as far as I know, nobody can tell you what will happen, but just what may happen.
Only in rare cases where there are plenty of other astrological indications, then maybe one can predict with more certainty.
