I looked at facebook after a long time and the astrology groups on there have 50k members or more and lots of daily traffic. That seems like a whole lot of people comfortably posting about astrology using the same name on their business cards. Are any of the groups really worth it?

Yes, I have found a couple of groups that are a bit more professional than your average.

One group is called, ‘ask astrology,’ where the premise is that the group is filled with professional astrologers.

It lacks the community spirit that this forum has though, but it is the only group I have found that isn’t like a free-for-all.

Just a random astrological thought. My progressed Moon is conj. the natal midpoint Mars/Saturn. First my sister wrote to say she was having an operation to remove a mass on her kidney two days ago. Then my neighbor who lost her husband and son in the last two years, died yesterday. Plus I learned my female cousin died yesterday of cancer. Good gracious, Moon is still creeping to the exact conj. with Mars/Saturn midpoint.

A week ago I was there and she was in bad shape so I call an ambulance. She died in the hospital. I didn't think she would be back home. She's at peace now. I'm at peace now, too. Couldn't stop worrying about her.

There is a lot of troll activity in this forum that makes it uncomfortable at times.

I just noticed MarsUranus has just been banned for personal attacks. I didn’t see any of those, but I did notice that account create a thread called, ‘The Clown World Thread,’ which was eerily similar to a metaphor I had just used in my doom&gloom thread.

And as all has recently witnessed, just last week, another account on this thread spoke way too familiarly to me and tried to get a reaction out of me - that account also eerily mimicked an interest of mine I talk about a lot on here, by saying they have digestive issues of some sort.

It is a lot of mimicking, a lot of trying to get a rise out of me and others, and the admins cannot control it.

To the person who is doing it, it has been going on for many, many years now. Plus I have noticed things have happened where some accounts go to great lengths to convince others they are genuine, just so their mask doesn’t slip. That part really annoys me because they are deceiving people I respect and look up to a lot.

To the person who is doing it, I have empathy for the fact this is your coping mechanism in life. However, you had crossed the line and gone way below the belt far too many times for me to have sympathy for you but yet, I still feel so sorry for you.

A lot of people are scammers. I am grateful to the moderators of both of the forums. It is a difficult job. Trying to moderate people that should be adult.

Oh yes, my love of animals is real. I used to have a lot of toys that were animals - including Daisy the Cow, so it was upsetting to me when I started to put two and two together and realise I was being served Daisy on a plate

I have food intolerances too, that is where my love of nutrition comes from too.

Have you heard of the fodmap diet?

I avoid honey yes maple syrup for Poohbear now, that was an easy swap though.

Happy St Patrick’s Day today, which is a day to celebrate all things Irish.

Basically, it’s an excuse to go to the pub and get drunk, whilst wearing green. (I’m not partaking tho).

A popular dress up is wearing a top hat that has a long ginger beard attached to it.
