Saturn on the north node is going to present to you the actual reality of where you are in context of your ongoing growth and development. I notice you have your natal Moon right on your south node in Virgo 5th, so Saturn is also making an opposition to this placement as well.
How do you understand and relate to your nodal axis? This is going to give you some clues as to what this conjunction with your north node is about. With Virgo in the 5th, you may be be particularly skilled creatively but may also struggle to see the forest for the trees, getting caught upon on details that keep you revolving around in the same circle over and over again. With the Moon here, this is how you operate on a basic emotional/habitual level, it is very integrated into your general being, so whilst coming with adept skills and capacities on the one hand, it may also reflect tendencies that you may struggle to achieve awareness and objectivity about. The north node in Pisces 11th is the counterbalance to this Virgo 5th orientation, releasing yourself from the potential confines of the bondage you create for yourself within your personal reality. And through doing so developing an awareness of yourself and your life outside of the parameters within which your normally operate. Through doing so you give yourself opportunities to open yourself up to other unknown aspects of who you are, reflected through your engagement with new and different aspects of reality and groups of people with which you are not otherwise familiar or would associate, and thereby creating new meaning and use for the skills and capacities that you have already strongly developed.
(Your south node and moon form a grand earth trine with Jupiter in Taurus 12th and Neptune in the 9th, so looked to these placements to get a sense of what these adept skills and capacities are that you have.)
The nodal axis and the moon square Mercury, and by its conjunction also include Chiron and Venus. The nodal axis is moving away from the square to these planets whilst the moon is moving towards, so the issues and dynamics suggested by the square between Virgo/5th and Gemini/2nd you may already have somewhat of an awareness about and may have resolved to a certain extent. The Moon’s applying aspect to the Gemini planets, along with its new phase separating conjunction to the south node suggests the continued/ongoing resolution of these issues/dynamics but in new ways. With the square coming from Mercury in Gemini 2nd, the issues/dynamics have something to do with the integration of opposing perspectives that are revealed to you on an ongoing basis that conflict with your default orientation to your personal reality, which may cause nervousness, anxiety, indecisiveness and uncertainty. With the 2nd house, underlying personal value associations are involved and are in need of analysis, so that these competing perspectives can be fleshed out and given a greater space within which both opposites can eventually becoming contained and united, which ties in with the north node in Pisces.
The north node in Pisces ruled by Neptune, trines the moon and south node, so whilst there are some very positive potentials and capacities already developed in respect to the orientation of the south node on the one hand, there may still exist some underlying beliefs and formative ideas on a deeply emotional and psychological level that are in need of bringing to conscious awareness and gaining clarity about, in order to discern the deeper origins of the emotional-mental conflicts you experience.
The only other thing I will point out is the north node and mars/Chiron currently transiting Aries are also helping to induce awareness of what in the south node/moon orientations are requiring analysis and adjustment. Saturn’s transit on the north node at the same time is going to give you the cold hard facts of where you are at in your growth and development in respect to these processes described above. Imagine you are a dog with its owner going for a walk in the park, and you are on one of those retractable leashes. You are free to explore and roam as much allowance as the leash gives you, but every now and again your owner retracts the leash back to guide you of where you going, to make sure you are safe and protected, and to remind you that you are still bound by authority (whether your own or external to you) that needs be respected.
Edit: part of the already “established” psychological context in your natal chart, symbolised by natal Saturn conjunction Uranus in Capricorn 8th house, points to an inherent dismantling and reconstruction of the underlying unconscious social-cultural structures in your psyche that are then reflected back to you through your experience of social and cultural structures in the reality/world within which you live. Your Saturn return a few years back would have exemplified these dynamics to you. And then its proceeding conjunction with Neptune would have brought those underlying beliefs upon which these structures are built to the fore in order to hopefully bring more awareness and clarity to any false ideas these may hold for you, and which informed your life experience up until this point in your life. Now Saturn has moved on to and past a sextile to that natal/return placement, so pay attention to what is being and has been revealed to you over the course of this transit, because their importance will become known once transiting Saturn And Neptune enter Aries and approach their square to your Capricorn planets.
