Should I give up ?

I feel like time is passing by The last time I spoke to him was January 8-9 2013 I haven't heard from him since.. I was hoping that although there has been distance between me and him, he would have come around, however its almost 4 months and no contact from him I feel like Iam hanging on this sort of blind faith... but its been soo long I feel I should move on and get over it.. but I cannot.. been really hard for me to let go.

In this Horary Chart the Ascendant is @ 27 degrees perhaps its already too late, maybe I know he wont go back again...
Iam represented by Venus in Gemini 8 degrees Gemini in the First House he is mars in Taurus... in the 12th house..
I haven't done much to contact him, I dunno if I should Approach him, or how he will take my approach.. Him being on the 12th house I dunno @ this time what is right now on his thoughts being in the sign of Taurus his ruler detriment I dunno if he will be able to take any action, perhaps he has others concerns going in his mind right now work, health issues.. he is diabetic and he struggles constantly with diabetes and other health conditions his condition triggers. The only thing I notice is that mars being in Taurus.. the natural rulership of venus being my chart ruler could mean he could still have perhaps any fondness for me? However I dont see any positive out come or promising outcome coming from this chart. I still want to know any theory why is he cutting me off, since I didn't pursue him intensely or was constantly on him... and its been soo long

Based on what you have described here about no contact for over 4 months, I believe the late ascending point is indicative that you already know the answer to the question: Should I give up? Not sure that the horary can really tell you why he has cut your out of his life, but perhaps others here might be able to answer that.

You/Venus are in your own house, which suggests a preoccupation with yourself. He/Mars is very weak, as you describe, in his detriment, under the adverse influence of the Sun's beams and in the 12th house. You still have feelings for him, as you/Venus receive him both by rulership and triplicity. But sadly the reception is not mutual, and your two signifiers, Venus and Mars, do not aspect each other.

Moon's next aspect, which points to the unfolding of the matter, does not bode well, squaring retrograde Saturn in the difficult 6th.
