I will do my best. I have had some injuries of late so my ability to focus is not very good.
But if you follow the general trend that will help understanding I believe.
For any significant event to occur you want to look for corroboration on more than solar returns. The general idea is finding the same theme at least 3 times and more if a significant event is indicated. The themes can be noted in progressions, transits and solar arcs. Look for trends in planetary aspects and/or house emphasis.
In addition, you look too to planets in aspect that are in aspect in natal chart. If in natal chart they are in ease or harmonious aspect a challenging aspect in solar will be easier for the native to handle. If challenging aspect in natal chart a harmonious aspect in solar does not mean success. There is still an underlying challenge but maybe an opportunity to overcome. If it is a challenging aspect at birth and we see a repeating challenge in solar we can say the native will be quite familiar with it. It is again something we must learn from. The key with these is to learn how to handle the energy differently.
I see in this solar return that the 10th/4th axis is rising.
I do see your concern with the 1st house ruler combust the sun and in inconjunction to jupiter. Too the 6th house ruler is also in inconjunction. Thus health is noted twice with the 1st house (health) in inconjunction (often noted and connected to illness) and the 6th house ruler in inconjunction. Too the 1st house ruler is combust and Pluto is inconjunt mars often which can indicate surgery? particularly with Pluto on the cusp of the 8th house, ruler of surgery.
However, in the natal chart mercury does not aspect Jupiter and Pluto does not aspect mars. So we must note this.
Now lets put that aside for a second....I do believe your health may suffer some challenges but I do not think they are going to be too big...
Now we said in the beginning that the 10th and 4th were emphasized in the chart. 10th and 4th are parents (father and mother respectively). It is also jobs or career and home.
Uranus rules the 10th or if you are traditionalist Saturn. The sun rules the 4th. We look to see the condition of these houses, the rulers placement and their condition to tell us more of the story.
It does seem we have a bit of a pile up of planets in the 5th includding the 4th house ruler, the 1st house ruler.Opposing it is the 10th house ruler. Aha...so this idea of home, family, parents career is playing out in an interesting dynamic of choice. We can look too at house energy as abrupt, rash, assertion (Uranus in Aries) versus balanced, loyal, communication (sun, mercury in Libra).
I use another trick to help me understand the dyanmic. I layer the natal houses over the solar. So we see the 8th natal over the solar 11th..how do these themes combine? The natal second will be over the solar 5th. There is an inolvement or theme of income connected to public image and friends or social circle.
We can use traditional meanings to help us understand things too.
sun=father, health, men, energy with communication, siblings, travel play out in the fifth house of children and creativity. It is opposed by abrupt assertion playing out in the social 11th house.
Now since the fourth house ruler is of importance we want to look at its condition. It is in inconjunction to jupiter. The good news is it is harmony in the natal chart thus whatever ill is there will most likely end well.
In general my response seems to be that this chart may tell us your energy will be drained due to something or someone else. Any illness you have may be connected to that drain and recoverable. Also some abrupt challenges and choices in connection to work/family and those social connections may challenge you.
The most visible and or highest planet (closest to the MC on either side) either natal or solar appears to be Neptune. This is what will be most visible to others. Neptune is about confusion, doubt, lack of clarity and imagination. It is challenged by the moon from the 6th house. Some emotional and psychological (moon in scorpio) challenges in your daily life or routine or from a female co-worker or mother will challenge your most visible self.
We see neptune harmonizes to venus and saturn thus there is some connection ( and a repeat harmonious connection from the natal) between compassion to loved one, parent responsibility.
Hope this helps. It does not look terrible.
My solar return chart this year has venus in the 8th in trine to saturn in the 12th. Though this is a harmonious aspect I am concerned as my natal chart has venus in inconjunction to Saturn (illnesses building up over a long time and connected to bones possibly). Too the solar 6th house ruler, Neptune challenges venus. . And I have natal venus in square to neptune. In addition, sun is inconjunct moon and in natal they are square. My injuries are out of balance!! My birthday was in June..no major illnesses yet but I am working on my house and have a lot of muscular injuries that are aggravating old (saturn) injuries. Hmmm.
The year I had multiple surgeries for hernia and skin cancer the 1st house ruler was in the 12th. My first also ruled my 6th so double the message. Venus was in trine to pluto in the 8th indicating surgery. Venus and mars were together in the 12th,. Mars and venus are in conjunction in natal. Solar sun was in semisquare to venus and mars. sun is health too and this semi square was a repeat theme from the natal.
I do not see much in your chart that is a repeating challenge from your natal. In fact most seem to be in ease. This year might be more about someone else.
Hope this helps. And happy birthday
