Solar return 2024 - advice

Hi everyone! I would like some advice for my 2024 solar return (below, overlayed with my natal chart). I've had a lot of career difficulties recently — is there anything to suggest a career change? Are there possibilities for romance? What are your overall thoughts? 2023 was really tough for me, does it look like things will get better?
