Stable employment possible?

Hi everybody.

I struggle to find permanent streams of income through employment or entrepreneurial projects. I'm highly educated, skilled and somewhat talented. (I'm a female.) But I manage to only have low paying employment/ contracts.

1. What could be hindering this?
2. Is it reversible?
3. What can I do to fix it?
