Pluto is a destroyer, Pluto into any sign will destroy things and what the meaning of the sign is.
It is reactionary to culture, trends and ignorance, it cares nothing about you or anyone.
Pluto in Scorpio is the home base because it is attached to merely the spirit and actual nature of what Pluto demands and they see that people know whatever it is exists but turn a blind eye to. Pluto in Scorpio at least the transformed know that nothing is permanent, embrace reality or die with the old, this is usually not physical, it means you fall to the trap of stagnancy and rot mentally as well as anything else doing this too.
Pluto - Venus for instance could mean letting go of a rotting relationship. Pluto will drop all the signals that allow for your growth, but ultimately it is the self (Sun) who decides).
Pluto only becomes apparent personally if it is aspected to personal planets, otherwise it is a theme that is impersonal to people but grasped on a larger view, such as "Generations" For example, Silent Gen (Cancer) Boomer, (Leo - Very early Virgo) Gen X (Very late Virgo - Libra) Gen Y (Very late Libra - Scorpio) Gen Z (Sagittarius).
The layman has no view of astrology, they only see the generational markers.
So yes Plutonian people are understood as people who usually end up doing astrology and other kinds of "Magik".
These generations are not just linked intrinsically due to Pluto, that would also be Uranus and Neptune, however shared generational trauma is ... shared (8th house of shared resources) they come together to fix the old and renew the world with the healing phase of Pluto.
You cannot own Pluto, Pluto will own you whether you like it or not. You don't have a choice, listen or die with what Pluto needs destroyed.
The generation with it domicile likely already saw it coming before the other generations, they already grieved but because they cared, they tried to push, you can only do so much and this is the part where the domicile accepts your decision, you are the the light of this life that you are, Pluto is not the light.
With that said it does not = Scorpio as supreme leader or better than, or to be viewed as "Good".
Inherently all generations have significations for moving forwards, those attuned to the darkness of the world inherent a sort of 6th sense for this automatically and will seek information and knowledge to build upon for the times to come, Scorpio Pluto in 8th "is a power house" for this.
When connected adversely to say Mars or Moon or Sun or Mercury, it just means the person is not familiar with the meaning of Pluto and must undergo harsh ego trials before they truly meet the meaning, and then Pluto's power grounds them to the reality of nature, the hard planets to Pluto "lose" This is the best course of action, but you don't reach this understanding by saying OK you win! Because your personal self is automatic, it is long and drawn out in nature because the person must face literal death internally and lose control.
Pluto wins when you hold on to nothing.
Taurus is the opposite sign of the domicile, said to be ruled by Venus. Or it is a house of own resources, the Bull is often simplified to being labelled as exceedingly rigid, blunt, lacking in speed, overly attracted to pleasure and indulgence in material things. Impossible to be subdued, no way of ever winning with them.
The quality of Taurus is to hold on to what is important.
This being love, the warmth you create, the atmosphere you bring, the ability to control things that are abstract to humans, not humans themselves.
To lay down solid trails which lead to obtainable goals, to build.
House.
Money.
Love.
Pleasurable sex.
Farm.
The Bull is everything Scorpio is just inverted, they are a raging storm underneath which looks to simplify life so they can be calm and they order life so that others can also find firm roots under their feet.
Pluto and Venus. Or Moon if you want the exalted edition of Taurus.
PLUTO is not the dictator. You are. Pluto is absolute devastation.
Venus is the dictator, you don't have to listen, they secure themselves based on their own values, which attracts like-minded partners. Venus is absolute devotion. Both the actor and actress of interest were united under circumstances neither could sustain.
Simple is remembered, easier to remember, easily attainable, easily relatable and secure.
Celine represents the Bull, the ship is a creation, the humans are too, nature is uncontrollable. Adapt, or die.
The Sun wants to claim life and nature, it wants to claim Pluto, ask those who speak to Scorpio, to own them is not grasping them, nature is not human, nature is not us, it is beyond us, we merely are a fragment of many intricate things in this design, we have no understand or knowing of reality beyond the physical realm, and even then, the physical realm allows you to label it, be glad the physical is so relaxed, because Pluto and what it represents is every uncontrolled aspect.
