Turning 30 in a month, scared for the future. Any good news?

Hey all,

Please note, i've included both Whole and Placidus charts.

The dirty 30 is rapidly approaching and I have feelings of dread and regret. I'm nowhere near where I want to be in life career wise or socially but I hope i'm on the right path as I've started an internship this year, my startup idea is in motion again and i'm back in university. However, i'm fearful as I have been fired from many jobs or simply ended up in careers that were a poor fit and leave after only a few months. In addition, I often find myself in unpaid "volunteer" positions for experience but have trouble turning them into paid work. I currently work a crummy part-time retail job that I greatly want to quit. Does this ever change? Will I find stability and prosperity at some point? I feel like the only path towards that is if I launch my own business. I can't handle working for others and i'm tired of being rejected from jobs I know I could do well in. If I can't join them then i'll compete against them.

I'm hoping to gain some general insight as to what the next few years could potentially hold and any associated advice to move forward productively. I understand i'm in the midst of my Saturn return but anything else of note? I'm also hoping to move out of my parents home in the near future and maybe even start dating within the next few years. I largely blew my 20s and need to make every moment of my 30s count.

you are too bright for the stupid jobs. The brighter you are the easier it is to learn anything so all doors are open. But you cant do the stupid jobs because boredom sets in. When boredom sets in and add intelligence to mix, all manner of devilry gets involved.

with sun sq jupiter you tend towards over the top estimation of time and energy. In fact that square is your only connection to an otherwise unaspected sun. So basically there is a lot of hot air. N

my best advise is to concentrate on a university course that will give you a darn good career where all that hot air can be used. Dont go for Mickey mouse stuff. Look at the job market, see whats going to be good to have and gun for a qualification to achieve. Invest in that and you will be fine.

alternatively chose a project you can do on your own and possibly involves renovation, remodelling or rehabilitation type of stuff. Anything as long as you dont rely on any other human.

i mean as example….tik tok videos on food prep and cooking etc basing it on venus moon trine, that brings in viewers etc may be a good example. So doing a course to improve skills to tip top professional production would benefit by bringing in viewers and indirectly income. Other similar…refurbishing old furniture… etc etc. stick to the trine…. But 8 would avoid mercury and sun. So no speech and no personal limelight. Make it purely art.

marketing the stuff will be haphazard on some transit triggering to close the deal.

anything else is just not going to work because you are the lone wolf type. You will walk alone. In todays world thats just not going to work. To get support you have to be able to offer others something. You have to persuade them to support your ‘cause‘ because it will benefit them. You cant because you dont understand people and vice versa. You cant connect to them.

so the best thing to do …one way or other as a professional or highly skilled artisan…..is to be a highly qualified lone wolf that others use because you are just the best there is in your field.

You will tend to have an emotional drive in relation to what you do and passion in relation to your objectives in order to favor what you do, the interest you want to be shown in you as well as the fact of being appreciated . This will lead you to want to make things happen in relation to the difficulties and problems that arise, which is what will please you. You will want at all costs to ensure that you are appreciated. You will absolutely want to have a result in relation to your aspirations and your relationship with others. The most important period will be between the beginning of October 2024 and the end of February 2025. Your decision will extend until the beginning of May 2025...

I appreciate your insight. Professionally, I work as an intern for a finance company researching deals and preparing investor decks. I enjoy the work and i'm good at it but its been a steep learning curve as i'm new to the industry.

Your analysis puts me in a tough spot. In regards to working with others, I find myself quite capable of team work and enjoy collaboration. Its having a boss (especially one I don't like or respect) is where I run into conflict

Another intern/apprenticeship will be necessary to further develop in the field.

Its having a boss (especially one I don't like or respect) is where I run into conflict. In regards to the startup, its a ski gear brand and I do have a project manager. I find him competent, trustworthy and loyal. I greatly enjoy working with him but ultimately i'm the boss and all decisions rest on me. Is it advisable to have a couple employees or at least a business partner? You're right that I struggle to connect with others on a personal basis but in business I do much better since its more predictable.

I have no craftsman skills so flipping furniture/property doesn't interest me and i'm not personable enough for social media. My ultimate career goal (aside from the gear ski) is to launch a finance firm specializing in the acquisition/selling or investing in businesses like venture capital (where I intern) or private equity both of which can be done individually or in a small team (2-5 people) or perhaps management consulting. AI and other emerging tech can be leveraged to have great impact at a small scale but I frankly insist on having someone by my side in whatever venture I end up doing as I highly value second opinion, external insight, the ability to scale further and just having someone to share the workload. I honestly don't like working alone.

Are there any promising transits or aspects that will help my journey?

investor research is well within the venus moon neptune/uranus trine. and will give you a good income. Its exactly the lone wolf profile because its your research added into investor advice, that will become valuable. and you will get good at it. The better you train your gut feel, the better it will become. its a natural fit for you. Your company will notice that you have a knack. They will use it.

the better you become though the easier you will get into ego conflict because the ego will want to muscle in and be known for its work and sadly spoil it all.

its as if all is well until you want to be identified.

with your chart there is no tie in for sun to be glorified for its skills. Its like the skills are excellent and work well, they will be liked and will bring rewards…but the sun, the ego, you the creator if it all…. Is ignored. Anonymous.

try keep your identity and personality out. As a leo sun sq jup its going to be hard because thats the profile need for glory after all. But it will fail because other than fleeting connection from a transit, there just isnt the foundation for the sun leo to know its share of the glory. the ego is locked out Except for occasional opportunities that dont last long.

so resentment builds and you take it out on boss. Its unfair but that is what it is.

you have a good thing going. Try reign in the ego if you can.

What you will learn is that its all fine and your natural ability is a god given accurate gift…..until you want to identify with the work.

there is no support for attaching your identity. You can work with people. but you are not going to be able to become known. except in a temporary period . So learn when that is in effect and work within the parameters.

its not hard to learn to read transits y’know. And you can download an app to beep at you when a positive transit is starting so you can take advantage to let ego out the box to glory in its success. So find a front person to take the glory and just be happy to have the money with second hand success.

and try not to project resentment and cause tension. Its your chart…your monkey…your circus.

I appreciate all your answers and its relevant. My final question, can I still be a successful entrepreneur? As you've inferred, I don't work well having to answer to a boss. I don't need to be on Forbes front cover but recognition is nice from time to time and I do insist on executing my own ideas and enjoying the fruits of my labor. Working for others is merely training for me or to acquire resources/connections. Is success still possible If I keep my arrogance/ego in check?

With my ski gear startup, my project manager is largely the face of the operation dealing with manufacturers and suppliers and I only intervene when it comes to final approval, business planning or initiating new phases. At the VC firm i'm an intern which is a temporary position. Its an "up or out" career track where you either eventually make it to associate/partner or you leave the business. The prospect of launching a financial firm also is relevant because we invest in the companies but largely operate in the shadows. Could I run such a business?

Again, I don't need to be on Forbes front cover but I do like being in control. I'm fine operating in the shadows or hiring a figurehead as long as I'm in control.

You can do anything …you will know money, use money….but you personally …you the ego not your bank account….not you4 possessions….you the ego….will know fleeting success and recognition. More like boom bust…

you the ego mostly is not seen, found or able to be connected with except through jupiter in secretive scorpio so not functioning terribly well… scorp needing control, secrecy etc.

but why is that a problem?

and you can work with a boss. Just learn to reign in ego.

a boss just manages admin and attends meetings to free you up. Just manage your life snd quit thinking he is stealing your thunder. There will always be someone directing you. A client, a fund, a law. Just lea4n to not stress the small stuff.

You absolutely want to be recognized and above all not ignored. Take the time to work on your relationship with others and to be appreciated, you will reap all the benefits of this approach. I notice everyone is reading this chart almost completely "blind" (ie knowing nothing or next to nothing about the querent) and basing their advice on transits. I've been criticized for putting up blind charts with transits and inviting people to prognosticate from them as being unrealistic. Yet we see that happening here.
That bother anyone? Anyone interested in looking at this with other tools?

depends on viewpoint. And history.

a chart after all doesnt need knowledge to function. Its the default position.

with the sun Leo being a handful and from what you have said…. The answer is no. You get the jobs but nefore long problems start. You find you dont respond to authority well. And you just dont find any kind of success or progress in your life.

so…no.

the sun is acting out because it isnt happy. a disgruntled leo is a massive headache to deal with and gets pushed out.

you need to understand a leo is not a little pisces happy to go hide in a corner. Amd your leo is on steroids On top of it all. Its a giant ego You are trying to squash into a small corner.

A change of attitude and an understanding of why leo isnt happy and getting professional help and putting in place coping mechanisms, would go a long way to a successful life.
