Upset with repeated failures on career - Need help.

Hi,

I have had a job since 2020. It has been great so far, but now becoming a struggle. I have been trying to find a better job for 2 years now, but with no progress. Can anyone read my chart and let me know if I will get a job with a better position and pay sometime soon? Is there a job change sometime soon? It has always been a struggle for me to find jobs and my career overall is a struggle.

Horary chart analysis.

You are the ascendent, venus, and immediately we see that you are in difficulty, going to the employer but you are weak by sign and house.
The moon of the question is at the Midheaven, which is appropriate for this question, so the chart should be valid.
Moon is near Part of Fortune, which is a good sign.
A job itself (as opposed to your career) is the 6th house, ruled by mercury who is in the 6th house and displaced by venus.
Venus is in the Terms of mercury and mercury is in the sign of venus, so we have a mutual reception.
This is a very good indication, you are connected with the job.
Note that the cusp of the 6th house is near the end of the sign and about to change.
This means a change in your job situation.
Mercury is also ruler of your 2nd house of income, and you ask about a job that pays more than your current one.
So the reception between venus and mercury works in your favour here as well.
Venus (you) will sextile pluto on the Midheaven. Pluto shows change.
Saturn is in the sign of exaltation of venus, so you are received by the career indicators and saturn is in the house of income from career (11th). While there is no mutual reception between saturn and venus, the fact that the MH and 11th are in a sign favourable to venus is a positive help.
The best part of the chart, however, is the other co- ruler of MH, uranus, who is in the 1st house and exactly trine MH and pluto.
So it does look favourable in reply to the question, will you find another job.
And also it should pay well.
When? The most important point.
This is also the most difficult. Timing is not easy to determine.
However, in this chart if we use moon as the "timer", it is at the beginning of the sign and will reach saturn in 13 units of time.... weeks? A fixed sign works slower than a mutable sign, however, moon is angular so it would seem more appropriate to say weeks rather than months. Keep in mind moon is conjunct POF.
Hopefully I am not wrong, but please don't be annoyed if I am. This is a guesstimate.
Final note, mercury approaches a square to pluto. Mercury is both the job and the salary.
Pluto co-rules the 7th of the employer. So there might be a question of the type of job and/or salary that will disappoint you.
