Only 7 months left of Uranus Taurus to go! Thank the Gods for that!

It will briefly dip back into Taurus at the end of 2025, from Nov 8th 2025 - April 26th 2026, then will be in Gemini fully from then on. But we would have had 4 months of Uranus Gemini by then.

The initial ingress chart looks all sparkly! Uranus conjunct Venus Gemini, and both trine Pluto Aquarius.

It also forms a sextile to both Saturn/Neptune in Aries

Uranus is in "domicile by triplicity", as it's the ruler of Aquarius, so it may have an affinity with the other two Air signs.

Uranus is in Fall in Taurus (as it's exalted in its opposite sign Scorpio), hence the turbulence, upheavals, and disruption to all forms of stability, resources, and security since 2018. I can't wait to see that transit go!

What will you be expecting from this 8 years transit? Mundane or personally, or both 🙂

In the 'Aspect and Configurations' section there is a topic concerning The Cradle pattern in a chart.
How interesting that the above chart has one on its side across 4th-6th-8th-10th houses, with the Fire Grand trine across 4th-8th-12th.
An effect upon 'Home security' (Moon in 4th) would seem to be a major player.

The above chart is set for U.K, meaning the effect of the transit upon that region. House realm influence will be different for countries further afield.

I understand that, behind the scenes, careful steps are being taken that may enable U.K. to economically become part of Europe again. Merkel is no longer around with the 'never again' rule. Maybe Uranus in Gemini and its aspects will see the first official 'shift' talks take place with European partners.
Pluto settled into Aquarius would no longer be affected by Capricon concerns of the past.

Following the news channels, it would appear that European countries are trying to introduce legislation that will curb the influx of refugee/asylum seekers/migrants that occured during Neptune's transit in Pisces. Its entry into Aries, conjunct Saturn sextile Uranus and Pluto, could well see 'a renewed policy' occur for U.K.
OTOH, the need of migrant workers to boost the employment problems and national economy, and their housing, is the 'double-edged sword' that U.K (and Europe) faces in its relationship with its people ( as mentioned with Moon in previous post).

Just a point of interest. The aspectarian in the midnight American Ephemeris gives the time of Uranus's ingress into Gemini as 7.7.58 GMT (UT) (per Greenwich). That's a difference of approx. 40 minutes to the time on the given chart, which would change house realm effects unless Astro.Com calculations are more accurate. .

We have seen that Uranus stay in Taurus created a lot of instability in finances, a volatile market, mostly because of inadequate energy supply, due to wars, or other factors like low production due to climate change and other natural disasters. It has been an uneasy stay and it has created the opposite of comfort for so many people, has changed the way people/nations do business as there has been a radical change in what we considered money to be. More and more people find that the use of credit cards is very useful and governments promote their use as well. We also order goods on line much more than we used to. What is more, the use of cryptocurrencies is now enhanced. All these are Taurus ruled, as they are related to money, currencies, resources, energy, the riches of the land like farming and we have experienced the prices of goods skyrocketing due to inadequate supply, or increased transport fees. The good news is that now we are more aware that the Earth's resources are not endless and we have turned to renewable ones, although there is still a lot of debate as to whether they really help, or cause extra destruction to the environment. I think that the message is that we ought to change our life style and become less greedy in what has to do with energy consumption and any consumption actually, because we have become TOO many and the Earth struggles to provide enough to cover our needs. Either this plus finding new, technologically advanced methods to produce energy and use it wisely, or our precious planet will soon become uninhabited due to escalating climatic change and the dramatic natural disasters it causes.

I wonder how all these can change with transit Uranus in Gemini, the sign related to education, communication, trade, business and travel. Uranus will be in a Mercury ruled sign and this may signify a change in communication style and the development of new technology to resolve some of the issues humanity currently faces. We may experience changes in education and our children may have to learn new skills.

However, in the ingress chart, we can see Uranus tightly conj. Venus and this may signify that what we have experienced while Uranus stayed in Taurus may be far from over, as Venus rules Taurus, so a volatile market, changes in currency, upheaval in the supply of goods and energy prices rising due to inefficient production, plus what I said above about Uranus in Taurus may continue. Maybe even relationships between nations change and become chaotic being influenced by Uranus' eccentric nature.

With the Moon opp. the Uranus/Venus in the ingress chart, it is certain that all these changes and unpredictability will affect the people and the adjustment will not come easy to them.

Just some thoughts.

(I posted this on another forum)

It’s interesting how Uranus will go from a sign that is heavily resistant to change, to a sign that wants changes by the hour!

I think the Uranus Taurus has been vastly underestimated. It ingressed in 2018, then after retrograding back into Aries, it re-entered Taurus in 2019.

It was still in the very first couple of degrees in Taurus when the pandemic and lockdowns hit in early 2020. A literal upheaval to our routines. The eagerly anticipated New (Uranus) Normal (Taurus) we were waiting for when the pandemic finally abates.

Except, it became anything BUT normal. The fear and anxiety only got worse, as people/systems tried to salvage some kind of normality, and maintain the status quo. But the more people dug their heels in, the more disruptive life got. Life changed, people changed, after that pandemic.

Also money and relationships seemed to have got a battering (Uranus in Fall in Taurus, the sign where Venus is in domicile)

Uranus in Gemini I feel will be different. Better in some ways, as Gemini is a curious sign, they embrace change readily, and as a Mutable sign, can adapt to new information easily. Uranus may throw a leftfield curveball, but Gemini tends towards a “mischievous trickster” approach themselves, and will simply see it as a puzzle to solve 🙂 Uranus and Gemini have some commonalities there, it may feel like the Norse God Loki is running the show.

However, Gemini is cerebral and can be prone to information overwhelm, juggling too much, and is highly strung. I expect anxiety to really step up.

Gemini rules the lungs too, so breathing issues, air quality, respiratory viruses may become a source of disruption.

All in all, bring on the GOAT (Gemini Of All Time) 😃

Also, I think how we interact with each other socially online will change too.

Uranus rules technology/social media, and I have noticed since it's ingress into Taurus, there has been no budging at all in differences of opinion. People/groups have really been stubbornly resistant to changing their mindsets over any given issue, especially geopolitically. Not many people can be swayed into an alternative viewpoint, no matter how many counteracting arguments you throw at them.

Uranus likes to think outside of the box, whereas Taurus wants the box to stay well put (and nailed to the floor). Taurus is the most Fixed out of the Fixed signs, and the shadow side can be extreme rigidity. Again, it's why Uranus is in fall in Taurus.

With Gemini, they are much more open to changing their minds! Whether it's from that curiosity, restlessness, distractions, or simply because they got bored (which can happen quite fast for them). They need variety.

Maybe we might find that the viewpoints out there that have been so rooted, fixed, and immovable, suddenly become "old news" and .... oh look! A squirrel! 🙃
