Louisiana has "innocent until proven guilty" also, from what I researched.

Who would trust these Election results any more than they trust the results we have now?

Well, I know that there is at least one State in the Union that it is that way...or that it was that way but has since been changed since I was in high school.

I'm about to add to it... although my neighbor wants me to accompanying him to the casino in a few minutes..to "keep a eye on him", "voice of reason" advocate role, so to speak.
