When will he ask me out?

My crush and I have been in contact recently. He reached out to me and expressed that he would love to see me. I responded by asking when we are going out because I have to move out in a week and a half. He mentioned that he has a strong desire to see me but is currently swamped with work and other obligations. However, he assured me that he will try to make it work somehow.

Could someone help me interpret when he might ask me out based on this horary chart? Better question if we will see each other at all...

are you sure there is no other person in his life? Do you know him well?
Also the Moon before finding Mercury will first catch Saturn
this indicates some kind of delay or obstacle
Also Saturn retrograde is in his own 5th house (derivative)

I don't know him well at all, we spoke only once in person. He said he broke up with his girlfriend a year ago. Thats all I know...
