Whilst Saturn is hitting me I feel every month is getting harder, any help?

Hi, I am born 26th Feb 1975 in Glasgow, 05:39am and feel at present that life is really hard and I am suffering from bouts of anxiety/panic attacks and just overwhelming feeling of dread or cant cope with something, not too sure what the something is, its like I feel alone and scared and not too sure where life is heading? Or that something bad will happen and I wont be able to cope per se. However not sure where this so called feeling came from. I have noticed when my parents go away on holiday this happens but also recently my cat passed too.

I hear when Saturn is in retrograde in June I am kind of free from the heaviness but then returns again when it goes direct after October 2024, I have a nice job/house/mum and dad still here and a partner who adores me, but I am not quite feeling it with him which is freaking him out lol, I think its just how I am feeling, he is born 4th October 1973 at 15:30 - but just feeling this overwhelming fear of something bad happens or it is just my own thoughts as it feels like it is? and I can somehow control them with meditation/mindfullness/walking and running.

I am hoping things change soon, Im hopeful :) I wish I knew astrology and how to read charts like you guys can!

I think it’s because Saturn is in pisces rn? Exactly at 15 degree (edit: sorry guys, I out wrong date for the transit chart), opposition your moon in Virgo, and conjunct your Sun.

You’re a cap ascendant, just like me. You probably suffer from perfectionism? Not to mention your moon in Virgo opposite Saturn, I honestly don’t know what’s the trigger.

Don’t you see any future with your current partner? Your venus is in Aries (as mine) and it’s been a while since chiron reside in Aries. Is there something happening 3 or 2 years ago between you and your partner?

Saturn will move to aries, it’s either strengthened ur relationship or break it.

You do not have any current saturn transit. Saturn is now at 15 Pisces.

yes you have a complex chart. Anxiety is as a result of one tsquare. The other t square is more dynamic loss and difficulty based on relationships. The last eclipse activated the relationship, war like pattern. I am sure if one system is in difficulties, energy gets bounced around and the other misbehaves looking for attention…causing anxiety to get your attention.

look to creating a recurring system of behaviour to support you through these ongoing patterns. You are quite ingenious, creative and stable so using your talents to find or create behaviours that you can redo…like exercise, cooking, writing etc…that support you to express your anxiety and distress at loss…will help you immensely. Just write it all out then burn it. Go out for an hour of long fast walk…creates endorphins making you feel better. Do it for two hours to burn up that anxiety! If you decide to bake as on ongoing system of support…give the stuff away otherwise its going to cause weight gain!,
 
Thank you, isnt it annoying having Cap rising lol I do feel that I am such a perfectionist to the point of pulling my teeth out at times but no I only met this man this year earlier and 2/3 years ago I was in a rather difficult relationship with someone who was difficult and my mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer at that time too end of 2021/operation early 2022. I find I am like this when they are aware more and this triggers my anxious thoughts per say so its probably all in me :)

I noticed saturn moves into aries in May of next year that will be interesting for sure!

Yes I suffer at times from anxious thoughts, more so in partnerships, but I am kind of able to control a lot of them from time to time as annoying as they are but I do struggle with partnerships as a whole as I am never relaxed always looking for something, that is annoying I find, the last eclipse I had was in Feb 2024 and yes it was indeed an awful depressing time for me.

Since 2019 of my longer term relationship, I havent been able to secure anything more meaningful for me. This one at present seems very wired and not in tune with me as a person so thats creating a lot of anxious thoughts or assumptions too and he is very intense which makes me of course more wired, its a vicious circle.

You are so right about the writing/cooking/exercise, as this I love! I think letting go of this partnership, my cat, the other relationship in Feb has all been too overwhelming for me in this month and parents away, its like a child feeling scared and lost really. I also find walking is my key, lol and yes I love to bake and run for an hour at a time a day too!

Thank you very much - this has helped me immensely its definitely more around partnerships, perhaps its best for me to stay single this year maybe, just my thoughts !! lol

I am also always worried my mum will leave as she was not well in 2021/2022 so perhaps this is always on my mind whilst she is away on holiday with dad at present, she is 24/04/1947 born 3:15am - she is well at present just a few niggles!

You will always find another whatsit to fuss and get anxious over. Family, mum, home, males…its a constant. So only thing to do is accept itnas your normal and learn to deflect energy. Understand you will suffer anxiety, depression, etc mostly because you suspect you cant see reality (you cant) and have learnt to not trust your feelings. For you life is like seeing through frosted glass. You dont know what its like to see full reality. You keep trying but its impossible. So imagination gets full reign to imagine. Normally we all project these ‘what ifs’ anyway. That is notmal. So just go along and play the what if bit understand that 99% of the time life carries boringly on. You just scare yourself. And when something happens its like 1% of what you imagined. Somehow we manage to blow things up.

But its wonderful to be so imaginative so write up and self publish. Write short stories to get practice and publish those. Imagine all that you imagine for your protagonist and project the story…with a grand happy ending. Really push those emotions onto the page. Fill it up.

I agree that there is no active Saturn transit right now. But it may be worth noting that your Asc ruler, Saturn, has a hard time expressing itself comfortably, being in its detriment or depression in the sign of Cancer. Your Moon, your inner feeling life, both moves toward Saturn by sextile and also receives its energies, since Moon is receptive to Saturn in the sign that Moon rules. Moreover, Saturn moves toward Moon as well by retrogradation.
All this is to say that there might be an inclination on your part to see and experience feelings through this kind of challenged Saturn lens. But it is also very important to know that both in astrology and in life, all things change all the time. Every moment, things are changing.
So you are not branded or stamped with this kind of Saturn experience. It will continue to change, take new expression and form over time. What Saturn wants you to learn is how to be present with adversity, which is a part of all lives, and not be caught in it or gripped by it. To see it, to acknowledge it, and to go on with your life, knowing that this, like the good things, will pass.

Thank you so much for your kind words, this is fascinating as I didnt feel Saturn was in the way so to speak I just felt it was my own thoughts/feelings and not too sure what they were either, but what I have done is put more structure in and that seems to work for me, Also would love to know when I start to feel better, I think its just a timing and how I look after myself but this has helped me greatly thank you so much...
