My question is whether an old flame would call me?
I am Saturn in Pisces, in my 2nd. He is Moon in Aries in my 3rd house of incoming communication, about to conjunct Mars, ruler of the 3rd. He isn't feeling that confident in Aries. Also, Moon has just separated from a conjunction with Chiron so he has down some inner work and healing (hopefully, otherwise there is no point in reconnecting).
I do still have some warm feelings for him, Saturn being in Pisces, exalting him.
He is the faster moving one in the chart, so he is the one, eager to initiate contact (I won't lol). Ruler of his 3rd / my 9th, is in my 5th of romance/ his 11th of hopes and dreams, heading towards a cazimi with the Sun, co-ruler of his 7th.
Venus and Saturn will form a square in a while as well, so there could be some initial conflict.
Eventhough there is no major applying aspect between our main significator, apart from a semi-sextile, I would assume, this chart says Yes. I recall in Anthony Louis's horary book, he does point out examples of semi-sextile working, so we'll just wait and see, I guess.

What is the context? Based off of reception moon dislikes saturn quite a bit making this a pretty solid no.

Thanks! Well, he has tried reconciling our relationship in the recent past but was once again acting immature, which made me break things off. He didn't want to. I guess he could be bitter because of my decision.

Moon in Aries dislikes Saturn and Venus quite a lot (both of your significators) and exalts the sun- with the context it can be read as disappointment - however moon moving in conjunction with a mars that also exalts the sun seems to suggest to me now that there's someone else in the picture.

Saturn exalts Venus - assuming you are a women. Saturn does sit in the moons term.

I don't recommend using ruler of the third especially not in this case - look back at the reception with the moon and Saturn - someone whose disappointed with someone else is not going to be eager to get into contact. You are also a venus assuming you are a women - we don't count combustion as reaching cazimi it will all be okay especially not with two planets that aren't in reception with each other at all. This Venus is burned and periguine.

He/Moon does not aspect your signficator/Saturn. Moon's next aspect is a conjunction with Mars, ruler of his 5th house of romance.
If we are talking about action, about him calling you, then I would say no.

Thank you both! Basically I was the disappointed one by his actions and I was the one giving many chances, compromising, trying to communicate, etc. I just got fed up eventually. There is someone new in my life btw, who I am still just in the talking stage with (not in a relationship yet)
I have no idea what is going on with my ex, though so it's totally possible for him to be dating.
