Will he initiate contact the next contact? Aspect but no reception?

Hi Everyone,
I'm seeking some help with interpreting a horary chart. The question is: Will he initiate the next contact?
This is a guy I am interested in - Here are some key points in the chart:

• L1 (Sun) is me, and L7 (Saturn) is him.
• There is no mutual reception between Saturn and Sun (only Venus in Exaltation), but a sextile is applying (5°09’)
• Additionally, there is an applying square between Sun and Moon (0°50’).
• There is also a conjunction between Sun and Venus (9°07’, applying)

Given this information, do you think he will initiate contact despite the lack of reception between Saturn and Sun? Does the square between Sun and Moon indicate any challenges, and how might the conjunction with Venus and sextile with Saturn play into this?

I'm open to any insights or interpretations. Thank you in advance for your help!

Also: I saw that he will change sign, so Sun will be in exaltation but Venus in detriment. Does this mean, now he like me as a person but is not attract physically ? .. I'm struggling with reception lol

You as Moon on the 7th house cusp shows your great interest in him right now. And you as Sun are the keener of the two of you as Sun is the faster moving planet applying to aspect him/Sat.
But both your significators [Sun Sat] have no essential dignity [are peregrine] suggesting that neither of you on your own is very strong in this matter.
The lack of reception between you points to how you feel about each other, not much connection in that area.
So an applying sextile would suggest that while there may be an opportunity for some connection, it does not show much promise of going anywhere because if the weakness of the significators and the lack of reception between them.

--> Completely right, this is my real life feeling aswell. He also do lives far away.

So the conclusion could be: He could initiate the contact il like 5 units of time but the lake of connection could compromise it. Right?

What about him changing sign? Does this show a possible change of something?

There is an opportunity that he may contact you. Sextile is a weak aspect.
If change of sign is not imminent, is not about to happen, then it is not relevant to your question at this time.
