The problem is I’m confident with the overall results, but few exams perform quite poorly. I still need grade inflation and waiting for that, but I’m still anxious if I have to revisit.

I am not exactly sure how to do this, but I would say that you as Merc are retrograde, going back. That suggests having to go back and retake an exam?
If we treat the exam as the 9th and its result the 10th, which ruled by Venus, then Venus is in its detriment. This also suggests that the result of those exams may not be favorable.
It also looks like Moon is out of orb from aspect to any planet, so this points to a lack of connection that might assist in this matter.
