Will the workplace that initially rejected my application reconsider and hire me?

I applied for a job and was initially rejected. However, I am wondering if they might reconsider and offer me the position as there have been several people involved in the decision-making process, and I feel there might be internal conflicts or differing opinions on the matter.

I think it is possible that they may reconsider, but there remain a number of obstacles. You as Merc are weak in detriment, so not having much power here in the matter. The job/employer, ruled by Saturn, does not receive you/Merc well by both detriment and fall. And you as Merc separate from aspecting Saturn, so not coming together in the future suggested there.
However, I believe? Moon will translate light from Merc to Saturn which is favorable. Treating Moon as you, Moon's conjunction with Saturn is also favorable. So the chart is not without some favorable testimonies. I think the obstacles may outweigh them, though. I hope that is not so. Please do let us know how it goes.

Thank you! I will def update. Maybe beginning of January I will know for sure. I’m wondering if Jupiter is some other opportunity as it is on Asc. If we take Jupiter as competitors significator it will make me more puzzled.

My understanding is that the symbolism of Jupiter as good fortune is not used in horary like this.
As competitors, it may signify that the competition is somehow interested in you?
But no need to analyze it down to such detail...
