Hi to all,
I recently started to a new job and liked it. I would love to stay here for long term and promote. However I FEEL like there will be a change soon. In 1-2 months my new boss will start. I don’t know her or she doesn’t know me but my concern is not on her instead more on seniour/executive level.
I asked will I stay in this job and promote in long term?
I am Venus in Virgo - in fall- recently passed to 12H in 19 degree. Virgo is a mutable sign. It definitely shows that something has changed and put me in grey, unknown unfavourable condition. The job likes me in triplicity only so there is no extra liking or so. But I put the company in exaltation so more than they deserve.
The job is the moon Pisces at 6H, about conjunct with Neptune. Having a moon in 22 Degree as a job signifier shows also the unstable structure of this role. It is planet of blurriness, unknown, confusion. So the boss or management does not know exact what to Do and can change their mind. And they are in opposite of me so ambiguity in business will impact me in 9 units.
Regarding promotion I checked the lord of 2H which is Mars. It is also lord of 7H, other business stakeholders. Mars is not a specific strong position and show interest only in triplicity. I haven’t made a strong impact in peoples life since I started - in 20 days. There will be a square with Venus in soon though.
Consequently I don’t think it shows for a long stay or promotion in this company.
