The ascendant is quite early, so I would probably re-ask the question with an exact time frame in mind. Also, who is the quesited? We need to know if it is a loved one, a friend, etc. I'm assuming it is a 7th house matter, so I am using Saturn as the significator for the quesited.

As for this chart, you are the Moon and s/he is Saturn. The moon is in the 7th house in Capricorn, so you are in Saturn's domain, in other words, Saturn likes you. The Moon is in detriment in this position, so you're not happy with the situation. Saturn is exalted in Libra. Saturn is applying to the Moon, so I'm thinking you will "meet" again. Mercury, the ruler of your 3rd house, is about to conjunct the Moon as well. Maybe you will contact him/her? There is a lot of positive indications in this chart, so I'm leaning towards yes.

Yes...he's a guy I've just met......and I'm not happy with the situation because he is in doubt about my real intentions and feelings I guess.....and you said there's lots of good and favorable indications......can you tell me more.....so that I can learn better...

Is it possible to know when we will meet again from this reading?

The Moon is angular and in a cardinal sign . Angular houses and cardinal signs are fast significators, and make things happen quickly. Saturn is cadent though, but in a cardinal sign, so I'm assuming anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Sooner than later, and I'm assuming you will initiate contact.
