You include the outer planets, yet speak only of the 'traditional' ruler of Pisces. Do you not place any value upon Neptune, modern ruler of Pisces, in the 9th house, also in a cadent house, and conjunct M.C? It makes a trine to the 6th house Sun. 'Sacrificial service of the self for the greater good (Sagittarius) ? Neptune doesn't seek fame for itself, rather than to serve humanity.
I don't know if I am remembering correctly, but weren't you employed in a field of medicine? My son is of the Neptune in Sag. generation, Neptune in 10th, and is in the 'helping profession'. He has never been ambitious, only in the sense of doing his job well.
I have Mercury, ruler Asc. and M.C., in cadent 9th house. My business life was linked to the 'foreign' communication fields, in statistics of shipping, foreign correspondence, currency exchange, and ending in a 5-star hotel. Never ambitious yet I was seen daily. I worked because I enjoyed the contact with people; such a Mercury trait.
Maybe Neptune as modern ruler Ascendant allows you to be seen in a manner which means much to many ,yet of which you are not consciously aware in yourself.
